When I called to make my appointment, Roberta, one of the receptionists, sounded so friendly and enthusiastic it made me feel comfortable with the decision I made. The center has two therapists (owners), Mark Mascio and Nick Martin. They both have uplifting and positive attitudes. I had severe knee pain and neck pain. When I walked in the first day I was feeling pretty depressed about my condition. When I left my first appointment I had hope. Since I have been going, my neck pain is gone. My knee pain is so much better, I get up in the morning not believing the lack of pain is real. The center is new and clean and does have the latest equipment including the Alter G anti-gravity treadmill. Nick and Mark are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and are specialists in giving personal attention to each and every patient. I've been seeing them for 3 months following a major sports injury, then re-injury, and they are unlike any other PT I've been to. The practice is all individual treatment rooms surrounding the equipment and machine area, so it is very private for most of your appointment. Much of your time is spent with them doing hands-on techniques, and they switch it up depending upon what you need that day. Sounds pretty simple I know, but that's not how it always works at many physical therapy practices. You don't just go in and do your exercises and see the PT for five minutes at the end like a PT factory. Ridgeview truly cares about their patients, you can feel it and see it.
