Nice people that don't mess around…read more I have always had issues with my teeth. I am sure that I have paid for my dentists kids college fund many times over. Well no exception here... I had lots of work to be done so I needed to find a dentist here. Town dentistry has good reviews, it is close to my home, and the people are great. I have seen several dentists here and all of them are pretty straight to the point, kind, but matter of fact. There is no messing around. I have had two crowns done and 3 filling now and my time here has been quick.. relatively painless, and at good pricing. The offices are well maintained and they do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. I'm not a fan of the dentists.. but I am of town dentistry.

I am writing a detailed review because I just want to share with others how much I'd recommend this dental office! I was impressed for a few reasons: (1) Dr. Hamilton has all the qualities you'd want in a dental professional. He is not only extremely talented at his craft, but he's very personable too, and makes you feel right at home. If you're afraid of going to the dentist, you won't be if you're in the right hands. While he was working on my teeth/gums, he consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and free of pain. He's very patient as well, which is huge if you have children and need to get their teeth cared for too. Going to the dentist can be such a nuisance, but after visiting here for the first time, it definitely felt more like a "spa"-like experience and I left feeling refreshed and happy. That never happens! And I had some pretty intense work done. Definitely looking forward to my next visit :) (2) The facility is brand new and has state-of-the-art equipment and amazing features (brand new dentist equipment, flat-screen TVs in front of the chair and directly above the chair, a quiet dimly-lit private room with a luxurious massage chair, modern and chic decor, etc.). It's a very clean, organized, and tidy office. They're also practicing safety measures against COVID-19 to ensure the safety of their patients as well as their staff, which I really appreciated. (3) The outcome of the dental work was superb! Dr. Hamilton performed a gingivectomy (removing only soft tissue), which was accomplished by using a Picasso laser. He was able to expose what was covered up by excess gum tissue (gummy smile). He was able to even out the gingival architecture and lengthened my front teeth which I absolutely love. He also helped smooth out the mamelons on my top teeth (the ridges at the bottom) by using dental bonding. I wasn't even aware of this procedure; he recommended it and I couldn't be happier! His dental assistant, Brittany, was also super kind and helpful in assisting with these procedures, which I believe adds to why the outcome was so impressive. They recommended to do some kind of extra hydrogen cleaning which insurance doesn't pay I said ok and it was like $300 extra. Ok so I paid the bill on my Amex. After 2 month they send me a bill for $143 and I have no idea what it is for. So the guy called me and said by GA law we had to do extra services and testing and this is an extra charge. I was so upset and asked why they didn't tell. My previous dentist I have free cleaning and this office is a scam and the worst service. So I rejected to pay the extra $143 over what I have already paid in the office. Make sure if you visit knows exactly how much they will charge and what is your portion. Scam Dentist with no ethics.

After getting teeth cleaned and convinced to get unnecessary x-rays, then asked to get further consultstion from a visiting periodontist, for a large fee, a bite guard was recommended. We were assured the high and full cost would be covered by insurance and anything over would be discounted, so any out of pocket cost would be zero. A month later we started getting harassing calls from some rude lady at John's Creek Dental Excellence for $75, she claimed was still owed for the non-discounted price. She said that the $75 amount would be sent to collections. I explained the price agreement promised at time of service. She didn't care, and we never received a statement itemizing their claim. So, after spending hundreds of dollars this rude dental office would rather send $75 to collections instead of keeping a family for future dental care. Pretty pathetic. They lost all future care from us, obviously. The owners here are poor examples of what it means to care for a patient. I'd certainly not trust their clinical skills. We won't ever return and will warn our friends and family about the unprofessionalism and lack of care we experienced. Just goes to show that the name of a business on the building doesn't always reflect the integrity of the owners inside.

I went to the appointment and he identified four areas of tooth. Decay and amalgam fillings had exceeded their life and needed to be removed. Dr. Sable took meticulous care and photographing everything and showing me everything Via the x-rays. On the day I had to have the work done I was very nervous but he put me at ease and his process of numbing is the best process I've ever gone through. I told him to do all four teeth in a two hour setting and if he could do it that be great and he said yes. It was quite the experience with a nice amount of nitrous oxide. I didn't feel any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Sable if you're looking for a new dentist. Also, his team is 5 stars. The entire staff is just wonderful. They helped seamlessly with scheduling, and other needed things. Megan my hygienist did a wonderful job on the cleaning and getting rid of the plaque. They are all Aces in my book.!

His technology allows you to follow along with what is happening to your teeth and actually have a functional treatment plan focused on the long term health of your teeth/gums. The staff couldn't be sweeter, the take good care of you and constantly check in on how you are feeling. I've definitely found my new dentist, this place is spectacular.
