I wish I could give this ridiculous company less than one star. I found a property that I was…read moreinterested in renting and I called to make an appointment. The lady on the other end said that they were booked that day, but that I could call the next morning to make an appointment for tomorrow. I called the next morning and they told me that the first available appointment was at the end of the week at 9:30 am. It was a little frustrating, but I went ahead and made the appointment. I showed up at the property at 9:15 and waited for the agent to come by. 9:30 comes and goes. At 9:45 I ask what's up and the agent says that her car broke down last night and she has to reschedule. I tried not to be too frustrated. Stuff happens. And even though a real professional would have the courtesy to call and let me know that she wouldn't be there BEFORE the appointment, I figured everyone is human and we all make mistakes. So i reschedule for 2:30, "or 3 at the latest." She said she would text if she was running late. So I return at 2:20. 2:30 goes by. As does 3. Finally at 3:15 she texts saying that she's about 20 minutes away. She finally shows up at almost 4:00 and lets us peek in the house for less than 5 minutes before telling us that she wont rent to us because we are 4 adults (with income!) and not a married couple. Then she backtracked and said we would all have to pass a background check (not an issue) and an income verification (also not an issue) and she told us she would send us an application tonight. The next morning, I messaged her asking where our application was. She said that she went to a play the night before and was at church, but would send an application Monday morning. By Monday afternoon we decided that we would just drop by the office for an application. We talked to another leasing agent, who fiddled around for 20 minutes before promising that she would make sure we were sent the application in the morning. It is now 3:15 pm the next day. Still no application. Clearly these people are not interested in 4 adults with a steady income renting their property. So don't waste your time on these unprofessional morons.
