Had to schedule a car service to pick me up at PBI international for the first time in the 25 years my parents have lived in Florida. I was very anxious about doing so, but went by the yelp reviews and also by the gut reaction I had to the conversation I had when I called Brads car service. I needn't have worried. The company tracks your flight and knows exactly when you arrive. And because of that there is no waiting fee fora late flight because they're aware of it and so they come when the plane actually comes, not just when the plane is scheduled to come. No sooner had I landed then I received a text from Lee, the driver, who told me he was there and to let him know when I had my luggage. Once I did that he was at the curb literally within 2 minutes. (Ps if you need them to come inside and get the luggage off the carousel for you, they will do that too) A big beautiful immaculately clean car pulled up, Lee brought my bags into the trunk, took me right to my parents house without a hitch. They even were going to pick her up one time just hours before a hurricane was about to strike and help me get her on the last flight out. I'm just visiting but needed to have some elderly relatives visit for dinner. Rains became fierce, the relatives didn't feel comfortable driving the 40 minutes and called to cancel. I called Brad's last minute. He promptly gave me a quote, said he could take care of picking them up then returning later to drive them home. We hired Brad's car service to take our family of four from Del Ray Beach to the Fort Lauderdale airport. We had an early flight at 5:45am and didn't want to chance taking an Uber. We were impressed with the price and the professionalism of Brad's. The owner himself even sent a text with our driver's name and cell phone the night before are early 3:45am pick-up.
