This is a horrible car service, do not use. Did not arrive for pick up time to take to the Miami airport, we had to call and find out what happened. Driver had a flat tire, ok but still should call so we can make another arrangement. We decided to give them another chance upon our return flight. Again no car there and we had to call multiple times to even get ahold of anyone. Once we finally got someone to answer the phone, they said it would be another 20-30 minutes before the driver would arrive. The whole point of a car service is so you don't need to wait. I called with only 48hrs notice and Jeff made it happen for us. The sprinter van we were picked up in was not at all what I was expecting or imagining. Jeff returned my call quickly and is amazing! 1st time I used Black Diamond. I made reservations a month early and asked Jeff to call me to verify my ride the day before. He called me the night before to verify my ride which made me sleep in peace. He was a little early and told me to take my time that he was already in the area. I first would like to say that I love yelps features. I requested a quote from multiple quotes for taxi/shuttle service for a large party with a simple push of button! All the companies provided quotes with exception of black Diamond Transfers. I needed the quote for price comparison and to save on time. Well, Jeff was real pushy for me to call him just to get a quote. And when I didn't he sent me several messages complaining and was rude. If this was the start to the service I would have received, then I don't want no parts. There are entirely too many options to choose from.
