Beads carpet cleaning company was hired to clean all the carpet in my home. We had an issue of stains and cat urine smells that I was assured that they would be able to remove the stains and eliminate the the urine smell. The tec rushed the jod and when the carpet dried the stains and cat urine smell were just as bad. I contacted Brad's company and told them of the situation. A female responded by telling me Brad would call later that day to discuss the matter. I sent several emails and and never randeceived one response back so I waited a week for a response and still never received one so I had no choice but to hire another company to redo my carpets. After they were finished and my carpet was done drying the stains and smell were completely eliminated. The new tech found several areas where Brad's tech completely missed which caused the smell to return. DO NOT HIRE BRADS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK BECAUSE IT'S EVIDENT THAT THEY RUSH THEIR JOBS AND ARE NOT VERY SERIOUS ABOUT DOING AGOOD JOB.BRAD ALSO THREATEND ME IF I DIDN'T REMOVE THE NEGATIVES REVIEWS. Apparently they don't do corners or edges well. As the carpets were drying I noticed that the edges were not clean. I took a white towel and rubbed it along the edges and lots of brown water came up. It almost looked as if the carpet had not been rinsed. The corners were also wet and dirty. I ended up redoing the dirty areas myself. I had vacuumed thoroughly before the technician came, so I think it was inattention to detail. I will not be calling them again read more
