DJ is a lifesaver! My parent's puppy came to visit and he wound up having several, liquid #2 accidents on my carpet. We did a decent job of spot cleaning but I was concerned about germs left on the carpet. I called and DJ was able to come to my rescue the very next day! He did a great job on my carpets! We have four dogs so they desperately needed a deep clean and we had two particularly bad spots where they had previously peed that were stained and had an odor. He was able to work his magic and make them both essentially disappear. He used deodorizers also that left the house smelling great. He did almost all of the carpet in my house and they have never looked better. We will definitely be using him again. read more

Chose this business based on other reviews regarding pet odor treatment and I wanted to hire a local small business. Unfortunately, the service I paid extra for did not work. Was told I could try another treatment for $140 additional on a 400 sq ft area. I was also lied to when I asked if all the lights had been turned off. DJ said they was no need for me to go back inside. Fortunately I did as there were lights on on all three floors. Wanted to love this business but not impressed. read more

They gave a courtesy call both the day before and in route to our house the morning of as well. Upon arrival they took a tour of the house offering their thoughts and putting together a package price for what we were looking for before that Thanksgiving holiday. Great conversation throughout both on the upcoming OSU vs Michigan State football game as well as business/service questions about areas in need of special touch ups. Upon arriving he was pleasant and also asked about any services that we may be interested in such as carpet deodorizer and Scotch Guard protection. We took advantage of the deodorizer option, which was very pleasant in its aroma. It was an empty apartment that we had him clean.
