A nice store with so many cute things and variety of products. You can definitely find something if you're shopping around or looking for some gift ideas. Rudest customer service ever. When asked if they sold an item the person working there laughed and said "is that on your list of things you need in life". Loved this place! One of the ladies there helped us get some rubber corners for one of our cutting boards, and we weren't even planning on buying anything! We were just browsing as out-of-towners do. I really wasnt expecting anything, but this lady got our names and address, I guess made a phone call to the makers of our cutting board, and it showed up in the mail! It made our hearts so warm because she actually went out of her way to help us when it didnt even benefit her. Thank you SO MUCH! And people, give them your business because kindness like this is hard to come by. read more

I have shopped at Bradshaws for many years and always been happy with the products. However last Spring I went in to purchase an espresso machine for my daughter's birthday. There were 2 options and I wanted to get her opinion. I took photos but for some reason my phone would not send them. So I asked a young saleswoman for the WiFi password so that I could send the photos and make my purchase. She said that she did not know it and could not get it that it was "just for the bosses." So I left the store and drove to the Domino's Pizza parking lot to borrow their free WiFi. After my daughter made her choice and I was about to go back to make the purchase when I realized What poor customer service I had received. Instead I drove home and bought it from the manufacturer's website. Bradshaw's lost a $750.00 sale that day. I suggest that they review their policy around WiFi. read more

Bradshaw's is by far one of the best shops in Stratford. Carrie & Jeremy Wreford have an unbeatable eye for design and function. The merchandise is stellar, and they often highlight Canadian artisans, which I love to see. The sales they have annually are also real sales. You can get some amazing items for a fraction of their full cost at those times. And you HAVE to see the store at Christmas time. It's a standout on the main street! What I've appreciated about Bradshaw's most is how they help me source difficult to find items. They'll scour catalogues and put in special orders for me, with no extra charges. They'll hold items for me, without deposits, trusting in our relationship and my custom that I'll purchase them and not leave them holding the items. I've never been greeted with less than a smile and a hello, and I always leave knowing that my custom was appreciated. read more

For the kitchen lovers this is your place! My boyfriend is not an avid shopper. In fact, he deflates pretty quickly if we are shopping. He really enjoyed Bradshaws because he loves to cook. They have a vast assortment of kitchen items and some other neat shops within a shop: Pandora counter, baby area and Crabtree and Evelyn. I got a baby book for an upcoming shower, a rocking garlic crusher and some eco-friendly candles with wooden wicks that smell amazing. The Highlight of my Stratford trip is a visit to Bradshaws! the kind knowledgeable and patient staff make the shopping experience very enjoyable,the merchandise is eclectic and is displayed beautifully, the store looks like a gallery, that is so hard to leave. I absolutely love every single item I have ever purchased there from a small great knife to my serving dishes to my brand new (and stunning) kitchen aid. This is a wonder shop for any kitchen lover. By far one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The nice lady at the back of the kitchen wares was supper sweet and helpful. I had a little mishap a few stores down went back to the store and this lady was so supportive, even when I started to tear up over a broken staub mini pot. If I lived closer I would be broke because I would be there everday. Can not wait to visit again. read more
