I would say this shop is more for battery replacement service than watch repair and servicing…read more I brought a Tudor prince oyster date in for a cleaning service before Christmas and was quoted $300.00, and said I would return in the new year when it had quieted down. Returned in the new year and the cleaning service was now $450.00. Anyway I said go ahead with the service. Long story short I was unable to handwind the watch after the service as the crown was very hard to turn and didnt want to damage by forcing it. Brought it back they fixed it. (more of my time wasted travelling back and forth, but who cares) they replaced the case back and I think the rotor as well but made no mention of it, and I can't really prove it but was not impressed. Arrived 10 minutes prior to closing to have back of watch removed (special tool require). I had the…read morereplacement battery in hand. Clerk was beyond useless. All she had to do is twist the back off the watch and I could do the rest on my own. It would have taken 1 minute with the correct tool wrench. She made every excuse to avoid providing customer service. She was not busy with any other customer at the time. She has a whiny nasally voice that makes you cringe. I will be complaining to the manager about the lack of service tomorrow.

Not the watch. The staff member said to me the watch drained the battery. This battery did not move for a single second. The Bay replaced the battery and the watch has been working ever since. Kindly ensure you get correct feedback from your employees.
