Following my separation from the service and the delays caused by COVID, I was left without access to proper dental care and in urgent need of help. I had multiple cavities, worn-down teeth from grinding, and needed crowns as well as a retainer to protect what was left of my smile. With so much work needed, I was extremely nervous about finding the right dentist. Fortunately, after reading countless positive reviews and receiving strong recommendations from friends and family in the Houston area, I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Allon. I am incredibly thankful that I did. From the moment I walked into her practice, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Dr. Allon and her staff made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Whether it was a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, I always felt like I was in the best hands. She truly puts her patients first and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and positive experience. The front desk personnel asked me my form of payment, and my reply was a credit card. She never mentioned a service charge when I handed her my card. It was only after the fact that I noticed a small sign to the right of the counter. While at the front desk, the phone kept ringing and another lady who was just sitting there, never moved a muscle. That explains why all calls are not answered! It has been months. I have never heard back from the office to schedule my son's surgery.
