I will tell you from the phone call to scheduling an appointment with Nicole or which Tiffany at the time was the phone girl at the front desk to moving to the back the Hygienist Michelle (Which I love so much)and then finally meeting the Dentist which mine is Doctor DeVaullt nothing more then Excellent(truly I could not ask for a more professional and how awesome she is. She truly cares and does her work based off what is best for you). I have had to have some major dental work done and they have made it simple by financially they have options (financing and other options) and try to help by adding more options to accommodate the clients , stress free, accommodating in other aspects, friendly, quickly responsive through phone calls to emails, any concerns you have voice them they will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. IV Conscious sedation is something I require as my fear is something I will never get rid of but the way this business runs as I have said before other dental offices need to learn from them. I arrived and the office business hours on the door are posted as open at 8. So I left to run an errand only to get a text that I was late. I returned and did the onboard documents. While I waited to see the dentist I visited the bathroom. I judge most places on cleanliness and organization. The bathroom stunk with trash over flowing from the large waste containers and towels on the floor. The bathroom was very dirty. Against my better judgement I stayed and saw the dentists after what I'm sure were a few hundred dollars of X-rays. I had a broken tooth and the dentist pitched me on an expensive implant- (already have 4) instead of a bridge that o wanted . Anyway- they are very nice and friendly people but between the cleanliness and the reluctance to make the repair that I requested - I will take another week and find a new dentist. Can't rub my lips together, hold larger amounts of liquid in my mouth (like mouthwash), and eating is impaired. I should have done my research because this is somewhat common. Apart from that the difference is not noticeable. I knew it would be subtle but it's near impossible to see a difference. The facilities were nice but I wish I had been given more information on the side effects of a lip flip. Stay away from this procedure!

I was referred to Dr Devoll from another dentist when she told me I would need surgery to correct my periodontitis. Terrified, I went. Dr Devoll is fantastic and explained everything in a very gentle and informative manner. After being anxious about it for a long time I finally went in for my surgery (gingivectomy + all 4 wisdom teeth extraction + bone graft) this past Friday and received IV Sedation. The process was over before I knew it (I don't remember anything at all after the medicine went in) and the recovery process has been nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. They gave me plenty of time, information, and reassurance beforehand. Good meds for recovery. I never felt rushed or pressured at all during the whole process. Dr Devoll and his staff are true professionals, the best I've ever seen in the field of dentistry. They are caring and I feel way less scared about dental work as a result. Dr Devoll is someone you can trust. I will be going here as long as he is practicing. Can't recommend high enough.

I had gum grafting done and some how, they made it seem like an almost enjoyable experience! :) I had a few questions during my recovery and when I called I got an immediate answer or someone called me back quickly.
