We used Danros to install a new central heating bolier, pipework and radiators in our house…read more Compared to British Gas, their prices were very good and we got a trade in for our old boiler and a two year guarantee. The guy that came and did the sales and surveyed the house prior to installation was really good and made some suggestions which we hadn't considered. The guys that actually fitted the system were good and the disruption was minimal - we have a young baby so this was important. After the guarantee expired we used Danros for a maintenance contract and they were awful!! After paying for the contract I called about 7 or 8 times to ask for the paperwork for the contract and kept being told that it'd be in the post. It never arrived so I told them I wanted to cancel - it tooks months to get my money back. Now using British Gas for maintenance and they're great. Overall I'd recommend Danros for installation but nothing else.
