Sadly, I expected to be treated like the "silly woman in an auto parts store" but I wasn't. I was treated professionally and quickly. The salesman who helped me was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He found the part I needed in the computer, offered me price options and pulled my choice from the shelf for me. The store was neat, clean and well-lit. The shelves were stocked well and were well-signed. I will make this my go-to shop if I need anything else for my car.

I went in to buy a lock and bolt cutters. The manager convinced me to save a lot of money and just get a new hacksaw. That saw took about 45 seconds to do the job. Because of this mistake, my mechanic's shop had my vehicle occupying space for several weeks while we waited for the correct motor to be sent. David repeatedly told me he had the correct motor and said he would call me right back, but many times I never received a return call. After that, my calls and voicemails were largely ignored. When I finally reached him this week, he stated he had to "scrounge up the money" and would be coming to pick up the incorrect motor soon. This has been extremely unprofessional and has caused delays, inconvenience, and financial hardship. I am still without the correct motor and out more than $3,000. There is paperwork being filed today for fraud.
