So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area. The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly.
