When I finally did get a response, they offered a 20% refund ($65.60) on the $328 job. Two cameras were not even touched ($229) and the $99 security system was not functional. So I paid $262.40 for nothing!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm stunned that this company has good Yelp reviews. Please refer to the 1.11 star average rating from 122 people on BBB for a more accurate assessment of this company.
