This is a good example of how neighborhood boutiques need to provide superior service and merchandising to their important neighborhood clients. Don't close your doors early. Let people come in. Be thankful they have chosen to drive to your store rather than use Amazon or Zappos.

When I asked to exchange it, they refused because I only had a gift receipt and not the original purchase receipt. For a product that costs $400-$500, I expected much better customer service. Their "72-hour customer service" also turned into a week of back-and-forth with no resolution. If you buy from them, make sure you keep every receipt and record--even if it's a gift--because without it they will not help you. Very poor communication and a disappointing experience overall
