Came here to try them out through a Facebook special for $49 which provided a free soft wave treatment. Trying to find a doctor that I feel very comfortable with. I wish I could remember the doctor's name, but he was very informative and pleasant as was his receptionist and technician. Soft wave is a miracle treatment that, of course, insurance companies do not cover because, of course, the AMA doesn't give it a billing code. This defies logic and common sense, of course, because the insurance companies would rather cover much more expensive treatments and procedures instead of this highly cost effective and just plain effective treatment. If you've seen any ads for soft wave treatment with patients suffering from joint pain or stiffness or other ailments, they are true. Let me tell you about my story. I had tweaked an injury to my right shoulder almost a year and a half ago. This limited my mobility and kept me from doing active things like throwing a ball. Even simple things like putting on a necktie or washing my back. There were definite movements that I could not do without pain or limited mobility, like reaching up high. This doctor gave me at least 15 minutes of soft wave therapy (it felt like longer) and it's crazy!--it works immediately. I could reach higher and every mobility issue improved. This clinic was different in that the gel applied was warmed up and so was the towel to wipe it off after the treatment. Cold gel and towel is no biggie, but this was a nice touch. Doing soft wave instead of surgery? No brainer. I wish this had been available years ago so that I didn't have to go through partially successful surgery that took many sessions of PT for only partial recovery. The technology behind it is that it increases blood flow, can increase bone density, and as far as I can understand, sort of "tricks" cells into a self-healing mode. You can research this yourself, though, it's not the purpose of this review. And of course, it has been in use in Europe for years before the US approved of it. Invented by German doctors to shatter kidney stones. After the soft wave therapy, he gave me an additional treatment with a laser treatment that also works in deep tissue. There were other rooms with other equipment for different kinds of treatment. His prices are comparable to everyone else's. I would definitely recommend that you try him out. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Feeling so much better! I got rear ended and was left with severe neck, back and knee pain. This Helped me, As you may or may not know, I was rear ended while on the job at work. Rushed to the hospital, I was unable to move my legs for close to 3 hours after the accident. They gave me an MRI - nothing was broken or bruised. The ER Doctor was sending me back to work immediately upon my discharge of the Hospital that day. Their conclusion was I had a severe Concussion. Dr. Harrison Salisbury is amazing! He will definitely can help improve your life! Over my lifetime (and especially in recent years), I have had a number of health issues (from non-epileptic psychogenic seizures, sleep apnea, a host of sleep disorders, etc). I went to Dr. Salisbury on a whim and desperation. I've been to a number of doctors, hospitals, and specialists, including spending thousands of dollars upon treatment, medication, medical equipment, and hospital visits/stays. So I thought why not see if a chiropractor could help me. I must admit that before coming to him, I was skeptical (and kind of scared). I had never been to a chiropractor before and definitely not one who would make an atlas adjustment. However, for me, there wasn't any pain or discomfort in treatment. Plus, Dr. Salisbury is just a great guy and helped ease my mind about treatment. But after my atlas finally stabilized, things got better. So much better. My bowel movements became regular (no longer the back and forth of diarrhea and constipation). I could actually breath through both my nose and mouth, which has been so difficult for pretty much my entire life. This meant that didn't snore nearly as much (if at all). I didn't need to use my CPAP machine and actually felt like I could sleep. Ten months after I got a mild concussion, my health started to decline rapidly. I had a laundry list of symptoms (vision difficulties, light and sound sensitivity, vestibular problems, disequilibrium, daily headaches, jaw tension, dysautonomia/POTS, neck tension, nausea, insomnia). I was a very active individual, mom of two, teacher and spouse and suddenly my life had ground to a halt. My symptoms were so bad I could not work, ride in vehicles or walk around the block without feeling terrible. I saw at least 10 doctors and PTs, some of which offered useful advice but very slow gradual progress.
