We spoke on Friday, completed a full walkthrough on Saturday, and his team arrived first thing Monday morning. They worked efficiently and professionally, finishing the entire project by Tuesday afternoon. Flawless prep --cleaning, sanding, and caulking and we used use high‑quality Sherwin‑Williams paint. We had five different companies provide estimates before him and every one of them was overpriced compared to the national average for the same scope of work. Antonio was the only one who offered a fair, reasonable price without cutting corners. Lisa came to the home on 3/16/20 and said the painters would be here at 8:00 AM on 3/17/20, yet later that evening she emailed us back and claimed they couldn't start until sometime halfway through the day (without indicating a time). Lisa sent more emails on 3/17/20 requesting more money for different services, we agreed to a new amount after a few more emails. After 3:00 PM 3/17/20 . More excuses from Lisa on 3/17/20 with her emails to us indicating banks may be closed and their supplies are difficult to come by, etc. I explained to Lisa there is no order that banks or closed nor are stores closed that seller paints and or their supplies. Lisa refunds me and refuses to work on my home, after I told her over and over to proceed with work, after she asked us multiple times if we wish to proceed or not. Waster weeks with this company, a lot of heartache. There is no excuse for this terrible customer service. Avoid unless you like wasting time + adding aggravation to your life. Now I must seek a new painter and start the whole process all over again. UPDATE: I have emails to prove that Lisa's reply is downright dishonest and frankly flat out lying about what specifically happened. My emails show patience (after multiple X's they asked to reschedule),. Ask for my emails. Avoid this business ***Not trustworthy and will waste your time ****
