We had been so stressed out, thinking that we had micro cracks in our water pipes due to this year's cold weather, and thought that was why we had low water pressure. We also had a very badly leaking kitchen faucet, and clogged bathroom sinks. The gentleman came out and for the fee that was expected by the insurance, plus just a small amount for a new cartridge in our kitchen faucet, he fixed everything perfectly. Then he gave me the pleasant surprise that there was nothing wrong with our pipes, we just had dirt that had backed up into the fixtures of the bathroom sinks because of work that was done earlier that year outside. He cleaned out the junk and the faucets ran perfectly. He then snaked two of the sinks, and did a third one for free just because it was in the same bathroom. He was extremely professional, and went to Home Depot to get a cartridge because it would be a better price for us. I would use them again for sure.

In the beginning, everything seemed professional and reassuring. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After telling us they were ready to move forward with repairs, we went to pick out flooring and were preparing to submit payment. However, after reviewing the invoice, we were told that ProCare wanted the mitigation portion paid first before moving forward. At this point, ProCare is currently in a dispute with our insurance company, and we as homeowners are stuck in the middle with no resolution. To make matters worse: * Line items on the invoice were increased and repeated multiple times * Insurance has asked for the information to be reviewed * ProCare has been unable to provide reasonable cost justification to our insurance for the charges on the invoice * They have not been willing to make corrections or adjustments We have been out of our home since January 2026, and this has placed a major strain on our family. I work in law enforcement, my spouse works in healthcare, and we are raising two children with autism. This situation has been extremely stressful, and there has been little sense of urgency or care shown toward resolving it. At this point, it feels like ProCare is more focused on getting paid than working toward a fair resolution. Communication has been frustrating, and there has been little willingness to collaborate. This has been a nightmare experience, and I would strongly advise others to ask detailed questions about billing, communication, and expectations before choosing this company.

My toilet installation was a little more complicated because they also needed to do some electrical work to install my Toto toilet. Unfortunately, during the process of running the wire they accidentally busted a 4 inch hole in my wall. They agreed to come back and repair the damage. Unfortunately, the paint I had on hand didn't match so there's a very obvious paint spot. Happy that they were upfront with their mistake and tried to rectify it though. The bidet attachment install went very smooth. It did have a minor leak which they quickly came back and repaired at no cost. Really love the new toilets I have in my house now and everything is working perfectly.

Recently purchased a home in the area and discovered HVAC was not working. Our realtor recommended…read more& arranged an inspection and install by Vipperman. Vipperman inspected the current HVAC unit and the actual needs for home size (square footage). A new 3 Ton outdoor Heat Pump unit was recommended and ordered per Vipperman's assessment. It did take a little bit for unit to arrive and be installed but we were just grateful for Vipperman's quick response and how quickly he came to check old unit out that we were okay with a little wait. It was just under 3 weeks from order date until install date. Crew installed new unit in one day. This was in part because we reused interior unit. However, they did move unit for us and remove an extra return line. These guys were top-notch! They were so professional and polite. Truly good people! We've had unit looked at once for not heating properly & automatically switching itself to "emergency" heat mode. Technician determined unit was working properly. Turnaround time between request and in person inspection was wonderful! We're grateful to have this company taking care of our home.
