The attention to detail and efficiently handling both the wisdom teeth extractions were commendable. His checking and caring about the pain in my mouth was amazing, when I said its paining, he would immediately say "I'll take care of the pain" . His attitude and calm gesture was very comforting, which made me feel that I'm in the right place. I did tell Dr. Gurpreet that by far he was the best Dentist that I've come across in a while. Dr. Gurpreet repeatedly, said no hurry just relax, everything will be fine, giving ample breaks during the procedure was very welcomed. Additionally, my sincere thanks to the Clinic Staff and Dental Assistants for being pleasant, caring, extremely competent in their respective roles, and for accommodating me at a short notice and realizing my emergency. I even got a filling like a champ today, or so they told me. All the fear and shame I felt after so long melted away. I felt like I was getting solid dentistry treatment and advice, but without any of the judgment that I feared. Let's talk about the details: Front desk: Yolen. She is SO NICE! Super helpful, too, and up on technology enough that she has a system that will text message you appointment reminders and she'll gladly communicate by email as well as phone. I have found her to be a charming, welcoming face to see when you enter the office. Hygenist: ChiChi (which I may be spelling incorrectly), also very friendly, funny, and warm. Despite her fingers being in my mouth a lot, we managed to have some good conversation, and she helped me feel very much at ease on that first visit so I wasn't a nervous wreck when the dentist herself actually came in. Assistant: Joyce. I know I am sounding redundant here, but friendly, warm, clever. Really enjoyed meeting her and she was a big part of my feeling welcome. She answered a lot of questions for me to help me understand what was going to happen, too. Dentist: Dr. Bollo-Kamara. She took lots of time with me on my first visit and answered every question I had. I am pretty sure I made her late for another appointment, but I never felt like she was trying to rush me out of the chair. She knew that I had avoided dentistry for too long, and was welcoming me back by sharing lots of knowledge--and lots of patience! Office: New, Modern, Clean. All the equipment is up-to-date and everything is clean and comfortable. I have full trust in the procedures at this office. I spotted glove changes (as needed), every hand-touched surface covered in a fresh layer of plastic at each visit, and even the head rest area is covered in plastic at each visit. Very impressed by the professionalism as well as the bedside manner. There is at least one other person at reception I haven't really interacted with yet, but that's the core of the team. As you can imagine: I highly recommend this office. I have been three times now, and I am still thrilled with it, so I figured it was time to tell everyone else about it. :)

Despite the challenge, I managed to bring everything inside the mall with great difficulty, even calling a friend for help. I went above and beyond to ensure the order was delivered properly. But then, the customer, name Derek L initially set a $12 tip, only to reduce it to $0 after delivery**--a completely disrespectful and exploitative move It's disgraceful to see people devalue hard work like this. If you can't respect the effort of service workers, you shouldn't be placing such demanding orders in the first place. To the **owner of this clinic**, if you care about fairness, **teach your staff to respect workers instead of mistreating them**. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I had my braces off for years now and to this day the permanent wire is my biggest nightmare…read more It breaks every few months, and when I told them they basically blamed me for it and said it might be while I was eating something... even though I told them that's not the case. The wire breaks from anything! Like just brushing my teeth etc. Also the bottom wire makes it difficult to speak sometimes as it cuts my tongue and always causes sores. I thought that once I get my braces off it'll be done with this! But that's really not the case. It's either a bad quality wire permanently glued to your teeth or a removable retainer for the rest of your life.... not sure if it's worth it for over 6 thousand already.
