He understood my requirements in minutes, and made the specified cuts with incredible precision. Because these parts were for a custom car, Thomas leveraged his strong background in machining and fabrication to provide technical advice throughout the process which improved the solution. It was a pleasure working with someone who took pride in their work, seeking perfection, and really caring that the outcome met my needs. When I called, I asked if they could expedite my job because I suffered a setback from another machine shop. I show up to pick my part up to see it completely damaged & unusable. Never got asked if it was okay to scratch the part up or anything of the sort so I had no choice but to take the part back like that after being charged. They showed no remorse for ruining the part & said they'll only charge me half what they quoted me. I WAS CHARGED FOR MY PART BEING RUINED. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for small projects like mine if you have valuable parts you want worked on professionally.
