We took our kitten, Remy, in to get a standard neuter. When we picked him up, he was groggy which is to be expected. He stayed groggy for 2 more whole days. That 3rd day, we woke up and he was dead. He was perfectly healthy before this. When I called the office, they were very cold about what I had to say and I did NOT blame them or anyone there. They said they would cremate him for $40. So thats what I did. When I brought Remy's body in to the practice, I paid the lady in the front and they took the box into a room. Never once was I offered to see a vet, or offered condolences, or any shred of kindness. Did they kill my cat? I don't know, but I do know if he hadn't gone in for the neuter he'd still be alive.

They didn't know the full story, that I had been force feeding him for months, and that I couldn't do it anymore. When I returned to bring his meds back one of the hateful girls glared at me, and wouldn't even speak to me when I asked about a refund of the unused portion of medication. I saw her whisper something to another one of the girls behind the counter, then I got a glare of hateful judgment from her too. I will never return to this vet office. Mr. Buck Davis and his staff would have never treated us this way during what was one of the most painful times in our lives. If anyone knows Farmer's Dog is not cheap and considering that I have 2 dogs, I pay a little over $200 a month for their food. Well, one of my dogs is ONLY supposed to get 1/4 of the food from their packet. I provided the boarding with 1 1/2 packets of that dog food, meaning that I should have at least had a whole packet of food left. When I picked up my dogs, the container I store the food in was completely empty. Then I was asked if I was supposed to have food left and I said yes. They looked in the freezer and the food was completely gone. I was told that "at least they were fed good." That's not the point! Their food is portioned and I received their food by mail once a month! So now you're messing up my portions because you can't PAY ATTENTION!!! I was livid to say the least because it's not hard to pay attention to the packaging with the portions! AND when I drop them off I get asked how much food they are fed!!! Your staff need to do better in paying attention to food portions given to people's animals when provided. You're wasting my money and my dog's food by disregarding instructions.

She had been a very loyal and loving dog. I have been avoiding picking up her ashes because of the emotional impact of the loss, but I finally came in to get them. The young woman who brought them out told me to "have a great day." I began crying again. This callous treatment seems common there. I spoke to a woman who I recognized as having been there for several years. She said that she has a hard time talking to those who have suffered a loss. I first thought of Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. I understood that this woman who cared for animals probably lacked empathy in most areas of her life. Did I now want her taking care of any of my other dogs? NO!

What cat is not stressed out riding in a carrier? Anyways, turns out he was a little chunky, which she was angry about. She then said she was going to put together an estimate for the neuter of our kitten and then left. A tech walked in with the estimate for the procedure, and when I had questions it was the tech who answered them, not the veterinarian. I felt a little lost because they quoted 2 prices, one of which was $619 and the other was $756 for a basic neuter! They then told me I needed to schedule the surgery and basically shoved me out the door. I called around to other vet hospitals and they said the neuter would only cost $150 to $250 with everything included! Needless to say I canceled the neutering with this practice. I would not suggest going here, they are overpriced, to say the least, and did not make me feel welcome.

Took my ferret in as an emergency because she was just tired and…read morenever wanted to play she recently got bit from our other pet cat and there was a mark that swelled up (keep this in mind) and she had terrible fleas so I sprayed her with flea spray that on Google and a vid showed me how to use it and told me it was safe for all pets. Trusting the doctors ratings we took our ferret there to see why she was acting so strange note she was waking happy and healthy just a little tired. We got there and the lady at the desk was very nice till the doctor came out seemed really rude and fed up. I gave my baby away and I kiss her good bye and in trusting that they would find the problem and why this had happened... After a long day of worrying they said that she was fine to go home they apparently gave her fluids under the skin and said it was the spray not the bite that caused this, which was strange considering they said they couldn't even see were the bite was even though there was a huge bump. We got her home and undid her carrier and right away she couldn't move her arms. At first it was funny but then slowly we noticed that she couldn't move her legs. We called three times every time they told us to come back and we told them we couldn't,(it was 108$ last time) we didn't have enough money and then they said she will be fine in time stating "it's normal and if shes swallowing food then she's fine" we continued to get worried and watched her and gave her baths continued to feed her because she was quote unquote "fine" as the third day hit we noticed she couldn't breathe as much as she once did, breathing through her mouth and it wide open. We wanted to call but they were closed and we were going to take her finally Monday (the morning she died which was 4:20am) she was still swallowing so we had hope till last night... I remember it we tucked her in to bed got the heating pad on making sure she was warm considering she couldn't keep warm. She was fully bathed and dry made sure she had food and water and the big swollen bump was still there... We went to sleep and around 4:10 I woke up to use to restroom and saw her breathing hard and heavy telling myself the doctor said that she's ok it's normal and went to sleep. I woke up to my boyfriend crying saying she was gone... We did everything we could but that doctor made it worse PLEASE DONT GOOOOO HEREEREE!!!
