If I could give 0 stars I would! ‼‼Please read this if u…read moreare EVER considering taking your fur baby to Branches Vet Clinic!! ‼‼ DO NOT EVER take your animals to Branch's Vet Clinic. EVER. My dog had a literal OPEN GASH on his stomach and he was actively bleeding BAD. He was shaking, whining, terrified, and clearly in pain... and these people did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They told me the doctor had "just left a minute or two ago" like that was somehow an excuse. Okay??? And??? My dog is IN MY CAR BLEEDING and y'all can't call the vet back?? You can't even do the bare minimum and help wrap his OPEN WOUND while he's actively bleeding??And before anybody says "well maybe they couldn't" -- I literally told them I would pay whatever extra emergency fee I needed to. I did not care what it cost. I just wanted somebody to help my dog. And they looked at me like I was crazy.Meanwhile, the women behind the desk were standing there looking at each other with crazy eyes, acting weird, probably talking crap about me while my dog was literally shaking, whining, and bleeding. One of them even just walked out. Like my dog being in pain was some kind of inconvenience to her. Let that sink in: At a VET CLINIC, a dog, with an open bleeding wound, refused to call the doctor back, refused to even wrap him up, acted rude as crap, and then looked at me like I was the problem for begging them to help him. That dog is my baby. And the way they treated him -- and me -- was beyond disgusting. Cold, heartless, pathetic, and flat out embarrassing. If y'all can stand there and ignore an injured animal like that, you have NO business working in veterinary care. None. Branch's Vet Clinic will NEVER get another dollar from me. EVER.Not one cent. And I'll make sure everybody I know hears exactly how useless and sorry they were when my dog needed help.If your pet is actually hurt and you want people who might actually give a damn, DO NOT go to Branch's Vet Clinic.Absolutely pathetic. Absolutely heartless. Shame on every single one of y'all.

I had a prescription for the medication but now found out it was only good for 6 months and did not have any refills. For the past 2 years they keep causing problems with Chewy Pharmacy. Now Chewy keeps canceling my orders because Branch's will not respond. I have 5 additional dogs and have been having problems with all my Chewy prescriptions. I guess I have to find another vet.

First off, we did not see Matthew Randolph as told over the phone. The female veterinarian who we…read moredid see was judgmental because our kitten was stressed out from riding in the carrier. What cat is not stressed out riding in a carrier? Anyways, turns out he was a little chunky, which she was angry about. She then said she was going to put together an estimate for the neuter of our kitten and then left. A tech walked in with the estimate for the procedure, and when I had questions it was the tech who answered them, not the veterinarian. I felt a little lost because they quoted 2 prices, one of which was $619 and the other was $756 for a basic neuter! They then told me I needed to schedule the surgery and basically shoved me out the door. I called around to other vet hospitals and they said the neuter would only cost $150 to $250 with everything included! Needless to say I canceled the neutering with this practice. I would not suggest going here, they are overpriced, to say the least, and did not make me feel welcome.

She tried to then say it could be seizures. I researched and said I think the anal glands are impacted by her symptoms. Turns out it was impacted anal glands. They then charged me another $200. BEWARE. She tried to gaslight me and say it wouldn't cause her symptoms, but the infection from it does. It's a shame when Drs can't admit their mistake.

He was nervous and was not taking treats from anyone but Mom. Hopefully, he will adjust. When they took us to the exam room, the vet technician came in to ask why we were there. After giving our dog's history and our concerns, they reviewed the medical records we brought and made two extra recommendations. One was necessary as we were required to have it done. The vet came in and sat down on the floor at dog level with the boy. Unfortunately, he was staying away from everyone who wasn't Dad by that time. So, the exam began but Mom brought his "all time do anything for favorite" treats and he was calm for his nail trim. The vet was a pro handling the teeth and small growl before reminding of the pup cup allowed the vet to complete a physical exam too. I did research and looked before we came to Valdosta. I found two vet clinics and Azalea Animal Hospital had the better rating. I can see why. The Mom

We took our kitten, Remy, in to get a standard neuter. When we picked him up, he was groggy which is to be expected. He stayed groggy for 2 more whole days. That 3rd day, we woke up and he was dead. He was perfectly healthy before this. When I called the office, they were very cold about what I had to say and I did NOT blame them or anyone there. They said they would cremate him for $40. So thats what I did. When I brought Remy's body in to the practice, I paid the lady in the front and they took the box into a room. Never once was I offered to see a vet, or offered condolences, or any shred of kindness. Did they kill my cat? I don't know, but I do know if he hadn't gone in for the neuter he'd still be alive.
