I couldn't believe how beautiful my sign looked and how sturdy it was. The Christmas cards, I was worried because I had ordered them last minute and wanted them done that day. I was also worried about the quality because I had used a low-lighting, cellphone camera picture. Amazingly, the cards were stunning and they were able to accommodate my last minute order the same day... specifically within, I think, an hour or two of my call. Maybe less. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

This guy half listened and responds "no problem". I emailed him that afternoon to ask him about the resolution of the photo and how it looked, he tells me (on email, in writing) "it its good" and that I need to fill out the invoice (pay his bill) and he will ship. The next day I call....after he has my money he tells me the photo is NOT printed, it will take AT LEAST 4 days to complete the order before he ships, etc. And a complete wise ass about it as well. This guys customer service and overall approach was complete trash. It is not hard to do much better for this type of service.
