Innovative changes to both their menus and their bar have been wonderful! The food and service have done a complete turn around and we couldn't be more thrilled! Since the shift in both FOH and BOH the food has been top notch, we've yet to be disappointed. Bravo, BCC! Keep up the fantastic work!

We came in a side door, there's no one to greet you or direct you here, but we managed to find the room. It was set up beautifully, with chairs, projector and podium for the speaker. The hors d'oeuvre table and the beverage station was meticulously designed and the wait staff was professional and pleasant. They worked the room with trays of pick ups and were swift at clearing tables. Our speaker was interesting, we learned a lot - then we were escorted into an adjoining room for dinner and games. The food stations were well done, pasta station, carving station, the bar, etc. The food was good, the service was excellent. The restrooms weren't as clean as I would have expected. The sinks and faucets were grimy and could use a facelift. This is a nice club, and the facilities should reflect that standard. The grounds are well kept, though, and there's plenty of parking. All in all, this was a fun event at a nice club!

I have been missing out on this place. I ordered the cali club with a smoothie, but the star of the meal was not the food, it was hands down the delicious servers. They worked tirelessly until I was serviced until completion. Their outfits were soaked in sweat which showed their diligence, determination, and pure love for their job. They waited hand and foot on me taking care of any and all of my needs, I would give 6 stars if I could. Cannot say enough good things about that gosh darn riptide cafe servers! The only thing that could have made it better was if they gave me an old fashioned! -Cheers!

We were a crazy crowd and the staff there was so attentive and just allowed us to have a good time. The food and presentation was beyond elegant and everyone enjoyed themselves so much. Thank you HCC, expensive yes but well worth every penny!

Plenty of rooms for large parties. They have an amazing bar area. TV's and plenty of seating. Also it's tucked away at one end of the building. I saw at least 4 large parties going on. A band playing jazz music. It's an awesome place. It's a beautiful building. And even extra beautiful all decorated up for Christmas. There were Christmas trees everywhere. Their hors d'oeuvres were outstanding. They served us Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Chicken strips, and Miniature Egg Rolls. For dinner I had a Very Fresh Salad, Tenderloin Steak cooked to perfection, Crab Cake, Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus and Rolls. Unfortunately I had to skip dessert. ....I thought I had stuffed my face enough by then. Great dining experience! If I lived in Richmond, I'd definitely love to be a member of this club.
