George and his team worked with me to diagnose the problem and presented multiple options to get it working again and didn't push me at all. It wasn't until I asked if replacing the old unit would be a better plan in the long run that they even tried to sell me on it. They quoted me multiple fair prices for the various options, researched parts for my very old unit, and in the end quoted me an excellent price for a brand new top of the line 50 gallon Bradford White unit.
