This is a long overdue review. So far, the best service I ever had. I hired them first to install a new water heater in our home. The water heater was under warranty so I was just looking for someone to install it. Not only they installed the water heater, they also accompanied me to haul the water heater from Home Depot and installed it the same day. He also did stuff that the previous installer did not do like sealing some tubes, etc. They gave me the best price among all those who replied. The next time I hired them was because of the clogged kitchen sink. Unlike others, they did not stop until they resolved the issue to the point that they had to cancel their other appointments on that day. They had to dig and replace a very old sewer tube. They did this step by step. The best thing is that with all the efforts and time they did, they reasonably charged for their work. Initially had a booked appointment with another contractor thru Home Advisor/Angi but he never showed up. So I went to Yelp and started a frenzied search here because it was after 3pm on a Saturday and I really didn't want to have to wait until Monday to get a new hot water heater. "Happy" is the best adjective to describe my experience with Zip To Zip Plumbing. I'm new to homeownership, and already experience my first problem, a leaky pipe. Of course, as a novice, my first reaction was to panic. The thought of having to be super vulnerable and trust someone to be honest about my plumbing issue filled me with anxiety. When you're a woman, you most times look like an easy mark to people when it comes to car and housing issues. Having said that, I'm so glad to have found Zip To Zip Plumbing. From my very first inquiry on Yelp for a plumber, they reached out immediately. They weren't my first choice for a quote because my first thought was to choose people who have the most stars and reviews, but they were patient with me while I came to my good sense. So when I was left waiting over a day just to hear a quote, meanwhile I still had a leaky pipe, they answered my request for help immediately. And I mean immediately! As in at 10:30pm they told me they'd be at my house the next morning. And guess what?!? The very next morning two men were there, ON TIME!! These two men were so nice, and honest (I'm embarrassed to say that I forgot their names). All of the issues the other plumbers quoted me high prices for, they looked at and said it wasn't necessary at the moment. I wasn't having any issues with the other stuff, and since my house was old, the old plumbing was to be expected. They simply told me to hold off on a major plumbing replacement and just get the small, and might I add, very reasonably price, pipe repaired, and in the future when/if I get a major leak from the old stuff, then get the whole plumbing redone. After all, I might be able to get several more years out of the old plumbing. They even went as far as to tell me what I should expect to pay for an entire plumbing overhaul in my tiny house, and that if someone quotes higher than that, they're ripping me off. It was nice because what they quoted as the price for a complete re-plumbing of my house was the same price as one of the quotes I received for the minimal and unnecessary work to repair this leak. As for the work itself... EXCELLENT! No more leak! At the end of the day, that's what I needed and they delivered. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend giving them a try. I contacted Zip to Zip on a Sunday thru Yelp about a plumbing problem that I had, of which a prior plumber called himself fixing. Needless to say, my leak got worse. Reached out to Zip to Zip for an estimate and sent them photos of my leaking bathroom sink and Kapo came out the next day and fixed my sink. After speaking with Kapo and seeing his work, I'm convinced that the prior plumber was in over his head. I've added Zip to Zip to my list of approved and dependable Contractors. He cleaned up the space when the work was done. He didn't mind going to Home Depot when he found out the cord was missing (I didn't know that I had to buy the cord as well...). Worst garbage disposal installation, total scam, the first time they come they charged me 100just to look at the problem, I bought a new garbage disposal for them to replace the old one and after a short period it stoped working and I called them again they charged me another 80 just to tell me that it's clogged and the installation work was so bad they didn't use any sealing the whole rim is leaking read more

As in my prior review, we hired Luan from Zip to Zip to replace a faucet, and were very happy. We just hired him again to fix a leaking shower, and again are really pleased with his work. He was able to come promptly, showed up when promised, and fixed the problem with much less hassle than I expected - he found a way to replace the leaking shower parts without breaking the tile, which I thought would be necessary because there is no back panel. And the cost was fair. So I think he knows what he is doing, and he aims to do the best job possible in the most straightforward way without creating extra work and charges. 3/10/2023 During a late afternoon last week I noticed a leak under our sink. When I held the drain pipe to tighten the trap, the pipe broke "in-two" between the trap and the sink. Kapo was a super nice guy and showed up on time, so I do feel bad writing this review. However not only did he not fix the problem, he made it worse and then wanted to charge us more to fix it. Our main issue was that the toilet handle was broken and after he left, the toilet wouldn't properly flush. He came back and said he installed a water saving handle (that we didn't request) and would install a regular one (like the one we had before). He came back and now the toilet won't flush properly at all. We called and asked him to come back to fix and install a new toilet now that this one which wasn't actually broken before he came, is completely not working after he worked on it, and he wanted to charge us again.
