Shane arrived when on time and left the work area clean every day. So why a 2-star review? Customer service is HORRIBLE! We have not experienced this type of service from a "service business". From the beginning. We arrived at the showroom in late January. The sales staff was polite and helpful. After the sale and down payment is where the horror story began. We were told 4-6 weeks after we paid half the bill which was several thousands of dollars. I contacted them in the middle of March but scheduler would NOT respond to calls or emails. I also called and emailed the owner, Mike. Nothing!! No response. Frustrating. We finally got our A1 installer to work on our project end of April though end of May. After job was complete, I contacted owner again. This time he responded immediately. He basically said he was sorry. If you can stomach poor customer service this your place.

Wednesday DID NOT work at all for any of subs or us as home-owners that relied on the install to happen when they said it would. Our expectation is that a company should make it "right" and not affect the customer. Well, that didn't happen, manager/owner did not follow-up and they have now jeopardized our closing on current house and moving into new house. If they would have had a decent resolution based off of decent customer service, I wouldn't have felt it necessary to do this review!! Never reviewed anything before now!

All…read moreCraft Exteriors was working on a neighbors house, so we decided to give them a call to see if they could send someone by to give us an estimate to repair the damage. Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

The communication was horrible, sometimes they would respond, sometimes they would not! A meeting was canceled as I was walking in there door! I pushed for the meeting as there were several changes that needed to be made. I sat there any went over every change and watched them make the changes, only to have the plans sent to us with no changes made or were in complete! The proje t took twice as long as what they told me it would take when I signed contract! The price they charged was outrageous! My contractor finally just got sick of all the incorrect information after telling them several time, he just took what they had and figured it out himself! They sent me an email asking about my experience, I shared this very same response and they have not done one thing to attempt to make it right! They got there money and walked away!​
