There is absolutely no way the 5 star review was a legitimate home buyer; it was either a friend or colleague of his or other bullies that are part of the 'good old guys' club. I went through the lengths of hiding my real name and location because I believe Brandon would seek revenge on bad reviews if he knew where they came from. Please, please listen to people that have worked with him - do not buy a house that he is selling. It will be a pain; he will not know anything about the house and he will be rude from the get go. I have recently learned that he was a bully in high-school and you can tell that he has not changed. If you want someone who - Chews tobacco during house walkthroughs ?!?! - Knows nothing about the house - multiple times he lost out on the sale because he wasn't knowledgable enough about the house - Works only on the weekend (Who in their right mind does that as real estate agent) - Is rude and makes political comments - Is difficult to work with because of his limiting schedule You found the right guy. I'm appalled whenever I see his signs in the Lancaster, NH area. I just want to knock on doors and save these people from having their house on the market for 300-400 days because he is so unfit to be a real estate agent. There are plenty good, honest real estate agents in the area, please chose anyone else. Hell, pick someone who has never even sold a house yet, they will know more than he does. Please just look at his listings and see how long the houses have been for sale, that will give you an idea. Our buyers agent was completely baffled by how this guy operated, so it wasn't just us. I've worked with MANY realtors and also have family in the business and have never in my life come across someone so unprofessional and rude. Didn't introduce himself with full name or company name. I inquired about one house that came up location much closer to the area my boyfriend and I were looking at and when I realized it wasn't and politely declined I got "lol" as an answer. We have been searching for a weekend property and Brandon helped us bid on a property in Jefferson, NH. Sadly, we did not get the property, but we were so grateful for Brandon's help and wisdom. He walked the full 50 acres of land to help us get a sense of the lot. He was very patient about answering all our questions about things we really didn't understand: rights of way, off-grid systems, road improvements, etc. And Brandon was great about responding to emails and texts quickly. My husband and I are looking to relocate to NH from MA. Unfortunately the listing agent for 2 of the properties we were scheduled to see was with Brandon Field. We traveled 3 1/2 hours to view a home only to be disappointed. The first time he arrived late and didn't have the key to open the house. His response, oh well you can look around the outside of the property. No apology, nothing. The second time while awaiting his arrival the owner of the home was present and invited us in to see the garage while waiting for him to arrive. Late again! He arrived and proceeded to yell at us for viewing the property before he got there. We were appalled by his unprofessional behavior and the way he talked not only to us but our realtor and homeowner. I will forgo seeing a home if he is involved. read more

Brandon is an energetic salesperson who is trustworthy and cares about his relationships with his clients. My family is in the real estate business in Mass. He will tell you the truth and says it like it is. Hes not going to waste his time with sales propaganda. If you want a no nonsense guy hes for you. He will sell you the land, then cut your trees and then build you a camp if you want. I don't know why the other didn't like him but I had also called around and I got attitudes over the phone from another. Then I called Brandon on a short notice while up in the the Lancaster area and he came out to meet me right away with his wonderful daughter on a sunday which was his day to be with her. My wife and I recently worked with Brandon Field Realty to purchase a piece of land in northern New Hampshire. We had a great experience throughout the process. Brandon met with us at the property several times and answered any questions we had. He willingly walked the property line with us through deep snow on multiple occasions to ensure we understood the property lines of the property we were about to buy. The purchase went smoothly with financing through Northway Bank and we closed on the property on time in a 30-day time frame. Brandon was great to work with and was prompt to return any correspondence whether over phone or via e-mail. If we ever look to purchase more property we would use Brandon Field Real Estate again. read more
