They answered every question we had. When it came to the work the company did, it was top notch. When Craig was bringing the trailer to put the old shingles in, we had a issue getting a vehicle out of the driveway, so he offered to just bring it at a later time, like it wasn't any annoyance or problem. When the roof was replaced, the workers left no trash, no nails, no evidence that they had been there except for a great-looking new roof. When we first called them, we had a leak in our roof and water was coming in through our bathroom ceiling, and Chris came out and made and emergency temporary repair, as well. These guys do a great job. I thought the price of our new roof was very reasonable. They also support veterans.

I…read morehad a roof inspection scheduled for 11:30 a.m. CST, but the inspector, Chris, didn't show up until 2:51 p.m. When he finally arrived, he spent no more than 5 minutes looking at my roof and nearly an hour talking with my neighbor instead. At the end, his response was: "Unfortunately, we cannot take on a big project like this. There's foundation work. The walls are not supported correctly to hold the roof, and I think that's why the trusses are collapsing." This was extremely unprofessional. For someone who barely inspected the roof to claim that the foundation is bad doesn't seem like an honest or accurate assessment. The company may have been in business for seven years, but in my opinion, Chris spent more time engaging with my neighbor than addressing the reason I called him out in the first place. I would not recommend this company. I'll be moving on to find someone serious and reliable for the job--I don't have time to play games with businesses like this.

He even brought me 3 four-foot pieces of vinyl so that we could see which color looked the best. I changed three times on what and how I wanted the siding, but Josh just said, "no problem" and changed the contract. The crew that installed the siding was also excellent. Cico was the foreman he made sure that everything was done correctly and would ask periodically if everything looked right. There were only a couple small items, and he fixed them immediately. His crew was friendly and worked very hard and long hours. I love my new siding, and if we ever need a new roof Allen Roofing and siding will be the first company I call.

The shingles are not that old, but my roof had a bad sag in back (due to original bad construction) & a leaking spot in front. He came over, showed us their credentials and listened to our questions and concerns. We weren't in any hurry and knew it would be awhile which was fine. The day finally arrived. They put our roof on and it looked great. Someone did have to go back up and secure a few shingles, but no big deal. Then the siding guys came. They did a great job and even trimmed our bushes so they could get to the house okay. We have two dogs and they were very careful to keep the gate closed which we appreciated. Had these folks do a job installing 20 plus foot of gutter and screen a fes years back 200 bucks…read moreall in. That's the package they offered No other option. The job did not cause any issues. A tree hit the house and spoiled the other section on the attached garage. This a few week back. I had them quote for what I expected was the same job. This time 210. Fine little inflation. The first rain and i decided to inspect the slow draining of the first installation. The down spout hole was clogged. No biggie. Comes to be that they only installed the gutters on latest job. Go to Leon the quote guy and he tries to hold me up for another 110 bucks. Says he didn't know what I wanted. They've a record of my old job and before the job the office gal told me on the phone that's what I had. Be careful the after job up sell. If you even find out in a timely manner, will foster ill will as it did for me. I would have with a full on disclose of the w 310 buck job shopped for a second quote minimally. The was no mention of a gutter screen option at any time.
