Kirk and his staff was exceptionally knowledgeable; was very patient and worked with us especially because we had solar panels that needed to be removed before work could proceed. STAY AWAY from this company just recently had a simple gutter job done turned into a nightmare. Communication was horrible when the crew finally showed up they rushed the job long story short my gutters were ripped off and reinstalled 3 different times not to mention they damaged 3 of the end caps on my metal roof. I dealt with 2 of them the one they did replace is a whole different color looks like crap and I'm basically SOL what a joke of a place never again. They don't give a damn about quality! read more

IRestore STL recently replaced our roof. Kirk Kupsky and Chris Conaway were really good at explaining everything, and how the insurance company payments work. They answered every question we had. When it came to the work the company did, it was top notch. When Craig was bringing the trailer to put the old shingles in, we had a issue getting a vehicle out of the driveway, so he offered to just bring it at a later time, like it wasn't any annoyance or problem. When the roof was replaced, the workers left no trash, no nails, no evidence that they had been there except for a great-looking new roof. When we first called them, we had a leak in our roof and water was coming in through our bathroom ceiling, and Chris came out and made and emergency temporary repair, as well. These guys do a great job. I thought the price of our new roof was very reasonable. They also support veterans. read more

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I'd like to share my experience from yesterday (8/21). I had a roof inspection scheduled for 11:30 a.m. CST, but the inspector, Chris, didn't show up until 2:51 p.m. When he finally arrived, he spent no more than 5 minutes looking at my roof and nearly an hour talking with my neighbor instead. At the end, his response was: "Unfortunately, we cannot take on a big project like this. There's foundation work. The walls are not supported correctly to hold the roof, and I think that's why the trusses are collapsing." This was extremely unprofessional. For someone who barely inspected the roof to claim that the foundation is bad doesn't seem like an honest or accurate assessment. The company may have been in business for seven years, but in my opinion, Chris spent more time engaging with my neighbor than addressing the reason I called him out in the first place. I would not recommend this company. I'll be moving on to find someone serious and reliable for the job--I don't have time to play games with businesses like this. read more

I was happy with the job that they did, it was a tear off and new wood replaced in 2 days, it was very well done. I have a problem with the way they do the financial part of the bussiness. I was never given a bottom line number. I was told that I may have some expenses due after the insurance pays for what they will pay etc. I understand all of that. What I had a problem with is how it went from $1200 to almost $9000. Why wasn't I told this after the roof was completed almost a month later. The numbers don't change and I was told my balance shortly after they finished the roof. I was told that they are in contact with our insurance at all times but apparently not? I just do not like the fact that I couldn't have been made aware of these numbers before I supposedly gotten y final bill. read more

We had hail damage in June and used iRestore Stl to replace our roof and gutters. Kirk handled everything - inspected the roof, assisted with insurance claim and insured work was on time. We did have a delay between roof and gutter install, but it was not a major inconvience. Both crews, were respectful of our property and clean-up very well post work. We went with upgraded black shingles which makes the roof look fabulous and we also chose to install black gutters...wow what a great look! We also upgraded our gutters (5 in to 6 in) and what a difference it makes. At the end of the day, our house had an instant uplift and looks gorgeous! I was contacted by Claims Specialist Bradley of the Belleville IL. Business, in reference to a free inspection of my roof. I agreed to the inspection not knowing what to expect. After the inspection Bradley advised me that I had some Hail damage but not enough to replace the roof at this time. Bradley went into detail explaining the damage and asked if I would contact them after the next wave of big storms hit the area. The crew showed up around 3pm to replace our roof, sunset was around 6pm. They did a whirl wind job of removing 2 layers of shingles and replacing the roof in a little over 3hours. I was told that they would remove our old gutter gaurds and replace them when they were finished. When they were done, the edges looked wavy and the gaurds looked bent. So we had someone come replace the old gutter gaurds. The reason why the edges are wavy is because instead of removing the old gaurds, they nailed them down under the shingles. This made it almost impossible to remove them totally. The gutter gaurd company did their best but couldn't get it all removed. So, I still have wavy edges. I wish I would have found someone else for our new roof. read more

Our roof was replaced fast and looks good but we had problems getting them to come back to put up the gutters. I had to keep calling Kirk and each time he said our job was next. He blamed the delays on a bad water pump in their truck then rain. When I suggested us getting someone else to install the gutters, he said we would still owe him $3,000 so we ended up letting him finish the job 2 months after the roof. I woke up New Years Day and realized a small portion of my ceiling had fell. Way to start the New year lol. They came out the next day, knew exactly what the problem was and they got me scheduled ahead of time to make sure my roof was good to go. They were very meticulous with the setup and the cleanup! i installed gutters on my 80X100 machine shed last fall. iRestore is a marketing arm who subleases their work to local vendors. In my case, the work was subleased to a company...Quality Seamless Guttering, inc. The original work wasn't completed as we discussed. However, I agreed and trusted that how the work was performed would be satisfactory. Shortly thereafter, the gutters started separating from my shed. I've called multiple times with no response.
