I received notification after the procedure that I had missed my appointment! I spoke to an employee re rescheduling and explained that I felt it unnecessary to come in to discuss the results of a test that were all normal. IMMEDIATELY after I told her that, she said she needed to reschedule! S he hadn't listened to a word I said. I explained AGAIN. She said okay and we hung up. I was contacted again about missing the Appointmen! I spoke to her AGAIN explaining that I had cancelled BEFORE the appointment! She AGAIN wanted to reschedule and AGAIN I explained that I thought it unnecessary. She said that if I didn't come in they wouldn't refill my prescriptions. I called the next day, asked to speak to the doctor. I was refused and allowed only her assistant. I told her that I'd be happy to come in and discuss both the test results and the procedure results, but since the procedure had been canceled when I reached the clinic, it needed to be rescheduled. I asked if they would refi my prescriptions until after the procedure. They said no. So...I'm stuck. Any meds I need to be refilled won't be. I'm finding a new doctor.

Wow, my wife showed up a few weeks early to make a new patient appointment. Now, a few weeks later, we come back for our appointment and the forms she filled out are gone. They think they were shredded. Why would they ask her to spend her time to fill them out if they were just going to throw them away? And then now, as she's filling out the forms on the iPad "kiosk", she stops to look up some of the information they're asking for and the device logs her off, erasing everything that she's entered up to that point. And the staff can't help because the device didn't save anything, so they ask her to fill it all out AGAIN. Now, things happen, and how the staff deals with customers goes a long way to how the patients react to these things. The staff here is very rude. Even when they apologize, you can hear the disdain in their voice. If you don't want to work here, then don't. But don't take it out on the patients. That's not a way to stay in business.
