Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is. We entered a competitive market and it took us almost a year before finding our home. We both have varying schedules and Jeff was always flexible in finding times to tour different houses. Jeff is super knowledgeable about different builders and build quality and was always honest in his assessments (good and bad) of different homes. He often was able to point out important things that we would have never even thought of as 1st timers and so we really appreciated having both his expertise and knowing that we could trust his advice. His style was very much one of providing us information and his own experience, but we never felt pressured at all at any point. He largely let us dictate the pace (maybe why it took a year) and never once felt like a "salesman". When it came to putting in our offer, Jeff was also incredibly helpful. The Josh Hall team apparently has a great relationship with our loan company and this relationship allowed us the prompt and streamlined communication needed be successful in this competitive housing market. (The sellers actually moved up their offer review date and when we found out that they were reviewing that night, Jeff and Thalia were able to get our loan approval and draft an offer in less than an hour.) They also knew a few "tricks" that I assume are not super well known for adding a little extra spice to our offer. Overall the communication amongst all of the Josh Hall team was excellent. All business was handled incredibly efficiently on their side. Jeff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I hired Mary to sell a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, and right from the start she was thorough, optimistic, and grounded in reality. And she was very communicative in general and by text and email, and passionate about details of staging and listing.
