I've called myriad times since my initial incident and it's been stressful trying to get them to live up to the promise of reimbursing me for the expenses incurred. Everyone on their team thus far (except Lisa Garza) has been uniquely awful, incompetent, deliberately obtuse, and completely unconcerned with the tenant experience. I still don't have a key fob for my complex and I've been asking since I moved here in October. They don't ever put anything in writing, I have had to urge them to reduce everything to writing when they call me to convey information. Because I've been lied to so much by so many of their staff, I am beginning to believe that they intentionally don't like to maintain a paper trail of utterances from staffers. The maintenance manager, Alejandro Toro, seems inadequate to the position and has no understanding of prioritizing tenant concerns. The fact is that they make a lot of money without wanting to provide services. I'll report back if I see improvements, but as of now, this is not a great experience. More transparency, more accountability, more robust tenant service, please and THANK YOU! Sheesh.

The location is great--right in the cradle of I-5, 405, 99, West Valley Hwy, 167... yet it is not in a "sketchy" area, despite its SeaTac address. The neighborhood is clean and quiet (with exception of garbage day). It is a fairly young community--aside from a few children here and there, residents seem to be mid-20s to late-40s. It's also pet-friendly, which is a definite plus for us! I am changing my review from four stars to five, because the HOA has gotten a lot easier to deal with since we first moved in. The parking used to be a huge issue, because they did not make it clear where you could and couldn't park, but they have since painted the restricted fire-lane zones, and defined the guest parking more clearly. Homeowners/renters parking in guest spaces is not encouraged, but you won't get towed or anything, either. As far as having signs on the grass (regarding the review before me), the only sign I EVER saw (even at the very beginning) was on ONE roped-off 10'x10' plot, which had been recently seeded. Big woop, now the grass is fully grown and there's no issue (there never was! lol). Bottom line, we are very happy with this neighborhood.

Oh and residents weren't actually notified when the drug lab was discovered, instead we found out from another resident the community Facebook page. I'd highly recommend NOT moving into this community and joining this HOA. They certainly are terrible at their jobs and do not represent or care about members of the community

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

I hired Mary to sell a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, and right from the start she was thorough, optimistic, and grounded in reality. Her comps had a wide range but expertly excluded nearby condos with a similar square footage but that always fell into a higher price range (I'm thinking of a nearby complex that confused a lot of comps). And she was very communicative in general and by text and email, and passionate about details of staging and listing. She helped organize needed repairs prior to staging, staged the home wonderfully, and was always at least a step ahead in anticipating the buyers' requests, negotiation tactics, and how we could counter. And she was always ready to put in the work to understand the options and help me with anything that needed to be done -- she even researched children's hospitals in the area (this came up) and sold some of my furniture. I felt safe having Mary as my agent. She did an amazing job negotiating, communicated well, and was compassionate and easy to work with. There are a lot of variables when selling a home, and Mary gave me peace of mind because it was clear that she knew what to do and could tame any problem that came up. Again, I cannot recommend her strongly enough.
