I was absolutely sick when I saw what this "artist" had done to our trees. Additionally, he left tall stumps rather than cutting them down to the ground. He damaged other trees when dropping branches and didn't bother to tell us. He was supposed to have assessed and trimmed a damaged tree in the backyard, yet just a few months later, a large branch fell, causing our neighbor great concern. Not only is he not worth his high rates, but our yard, and our bank account, would have been much served by hiring the newbie company that did some smaller work for us.
