This house has the potential to be a great getaway! It is private and secluded…read more The house is in much need and continued upkeep. There was a very unhealthy presence of mold, both in the house and on the outdoor furniture. When trying to call to schedule a ferry outside of operating hours, you couldn't leave a message, but were told to call back. There is no air conditioning or ceiling fans and many of the windows did not have screens on them. The refrigerators are old and struggled to keep food cold. Toilets were recommended to only flush after a bowel movement. There was no electricity. The Generator wasn't working or not safe to put on. With continual maintenance, upkeep and attention, this could be a wonderful getaway.

After all that they had a sheet cake for dessert. Everything was good and you could have as much as you want. They had a 50/50 raffle worth over $200 dollars , plus two DJs.
