His response "I had no idea you had three kids" which was untrue since I mentioned it to him. Two of our kids have special needs and he didn't care that we had to be in the area for therapy. It was all about the money. He's the worst negotiator and we never once saw his face. He rarely called but only sent texts. In fact the rental we're in now was found by the buyer of my house!!!
