Rather than acting as a knowledgeable advisor, the experience felt more like a sales transaction focused on getting me to sign a lease as quickly as possible. What concerned me most was the apparent lack of interest in understanding my actual needs and priorities. Instead of providing thoughtful recommendations based on my criteria, I felt repeatedly pushed toward specific units without any meaningful explanation as to why they were a good fit. The entire process gave the impression that the primary objective was securing a commission rather than helping a client make an informed housing decision. As a result, I ended up conducting most of my own research, contacting properties directly, verifying information independently, and learning far more on my own than through the service I was supposedly receiving.
