She told me I was wrong and that she did not have any appointments. She then got very rude and informed me that her booking staff was for better words incompetent. No worries, I dodged a bullet there and walked right back into Glow where I will book with someone else. I won't be berated by someone that I am trying to establish a professional relationship with.
