My husband, I stopped here at the three times now and it's been a really good experience. The first time delicious food was nice hot. They took my order and didn't add cheese, which was great. Second time we went I asked for no mayonnaise and no lettuce I got lettuce. I got mayonnaise. OK I can deal with it off. Third time we went today. The burger was greasy hairy greasy and I asked for no cheese. I got that yucky processed cheese that they use here. Maybe next time we'll try the ice cream. Maybe we can get a better meal service was good with a smile. Nice we never go inside. We only do the drive up so I'm not recommending this place for any kind of food maybe the ice cream because germs don't live on cold things and you can't put processed gross cheese on ice cream. The bunless burger on a bed of lettuce (gluten allergy) was decent...definitely better tasting than something from the Golden Arches...but no where near the best fast food burger I have ever had. 2for the food. 4 for the ice cream We stopped here on our trip west as we had seen them in Kansas and had a recommendation from a family member to stop here. First impression upon pulling up to the drive through is it a knock off Culvers (menu's look very similar). I ordered a burger, fries and got a cherry limeade to drink and a mix with chocolate ice cream and oreos. Burger was meh. For the midwest it was a pretty terrible burger. The quality of the meat was not great and it was not super warm. The fries were crinkle cut but were not super hot or super crisp. The cherry limeade was the best part. Way better than sonic. The ice cream was delicious! It was so creamy and delicious and had a good amount of oreos in it. Only downfall is the oreos must be close to the M&M's. If you have ever tried to eat cold M&M's then you know it feels like you might break a tooth. I would stop here for ice cream again but skip the food. read more

Fun Stop in the land of Oz We were traveling through the area on the way to New Mexico around lunch time. We were looking for a quite bite to eat as well as a place we do not have in our area of the country (MN). We had passed several Braum's and billboards for Braum's throughout the Kansas countryside. When we saw this locale we decided to give it a try, I mean - Burgers, Ice Cream....why not. This particular location not only has a restaurant as part of it but also a fresh food convenience store. As we had not been to a Braum's before we asked questions of the folks working, they cheerfully answered our questions as well as provided a few samples of the ice cream to help us pick the perfect choice for our malts. I ended up with the Chipotle California Burger and a cliche October pumpkin malt. Both were very good and I was very happy with my choice. I'm ordered the quarter pounder meal and asked for mustard instead of the sauce and left and when I started eating it, it had mayonnaise on it. If I wanted it changed I'd have to take it back to store, not able to do an online survey. I did call their number and told them to make sure their staff knows the difference between mustard and mayonnaise. FF weren't great. Waste of almost $9 read more

Clean, pleasant atmosphere, friendly employees, good food, great shakes. What more could you ask? My wife had a bacon burger combo. She asked for no onions. They got that right. They asked if she wanted jalapeños. She said no. They got that wrong. The burger was delicious, after we dumped the jalapeños. I got the grilled chicken club. Again, big and delicious. We both took advantage of the free upgrade to a 16oz shake with our combos. The shakes were amazing. Oh, and the fries were cooked perfectly and were fresh. In all, I can't even imagine some of the complaints I just read on Yelp. Not perfect, but I've not been to a better fast food or burger joint. I just wish we had them at home. read more

The guy taking my order got really rude with me, my fries were salted, he said the n word, slammed the windows at us, and this was found in our ice cream. along with other things. I was very annoyed with my visit here. I took my daughter for her birthday. I ordered a sundae and the girl completely over-filled the cup, chocolate and cherries and ice cream was dripping all over and she handed it to me like that! Whoever does inventory, please start ordering more of your birthday cake ice cream so you're not running out by the end of the weekend. The last three times I have gone, which are only Sunday evenings, your store has been out of this flavor. If you know it sells, order extra. This was the most poorly ran Braum's I have ever eaten at. Food was old and tasted horrible!! The service was horrible as well. Employees were complaining the whole about how many customers they were having to serve, more interested in talking to co workers than the people in line and were just down right rude. I only came to Seward because my son played against the community college, but if I ever go back there I will most definitely not dine at the establishment. I will most definitely warn other parents about this place as well. read more

In years past this place has been somewhat of a treat but yesterday when we stopped in, we were put on hold for 7 minutes before we left the facility. I understand being busy and not being able to service customer as fast as you would like but one server was trying to shine a couple of girls, one server was on break and came over to register, signed in then went back to her table after staring at me for 30 seconds, another was waiting the drive thru and preparing stuff, and another was washing dishes. Hands down, Braums has the best cherry limeade you will ever drink. It's tart....really tart. Tart enough to pucker your lips and make smacking noises with them. If I'm not getting a cherry limeade, then I get an Orange Sherbet Freeze. What is this heavenly concoction, you ask? It's like a milkshake made with orange sherbet instead of ice cream. Light and refreshing and fewer calories, so zipping my pants the next day is a breeze. Service really depends on who you get and can be a crapshoot. Not a bad stop for a small down! read more

I used to love braum's burgers and shakes but the last time I had it I got sick from their burgers I think it was old meat because it was hard and disgusting. As for their ice cream I see nothing special about it. Food is ok... like most Braum's in a small town. Will never dine inside again. About a year ago I brought my young son in and he slipped and fell on a wet spot on the floor. All 4 people behind the counter just stared. After a few minutes (with my son crying) did I get a reaction. It was laughing. Infuriated with the horrible service and lack of care for a kid who slipped on a wet floor (not marked by a caution wet floor sign) I called their corporate office. I have always enjoyed Braum's, hamburgers and fixin's good , hate their crumbly buns, fries are good! I especially love the seasonal ice creams, pumpkin is my favorite, but enjoy the others also! All in all, it's just ok! I have noticed a difference in the cleaning of the dining area and water closets, in the past 6 months! I would give the market area a 5 star based on dairy products and produce. It's so convenient to run in for milk! However the restaurant has gone downhill so fast. The eating area and restrooms are usually dirty and service is very slow. The burgers aren't as yummy as they used to be. My family doesn't ever eat there anymore (in the last year). read more

The cherry limeade just tasted like a bottle of concentrated bar lime. I pointed this out and asked for a soda cup and Roxy the manager was indifferent. I got a malt that had no malt in it and my daughters two scoop tasted like freezerburn.
