From the very beginning, their communication was abysmal. He rarely answered calls or emails, leaving us completely in the dark about the progress of our project. The quality of their work was shockingly poor. Walls were uneven, paint was sloppy, and they made countless errors that required expensive fixes. It was clear they lacked the necessary skills and experience. Their workers were consistently late, and on several occasions, they didn't show up at all, causing significant delays. To make matters worse, they went way over budget without any prior warning or explanation. When we questioned the additional charges, they became defensive and rude. Kenny and his team first did my downstairs bathroom - the video won't load, so maybe I'll get a pic later. (work was done last year) Then they turned my sinking shed into a beautiful pool house (got those photos). (work was done last year) Then they fixed my AC this summer - brand new unit, condenser and whatever's up in the attic. I'm calling on them for the little fixes as well, kitchen, bathroom - I need upgrades...they are reasonable, honest (already-mentioned), and they or his team will come back immediately if anything is unsatisfactory or not to my liking...and fix it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I recently found out they also have been doing work with my brother-in-law - keeping it in the family! And that's what this team is to me now, family.

He did a very poor job of my kitchen renovation project. Delay after delay, he did not finish the…read morejob for two months. He also did much damage to the new kitchen cabinets with long screws that protruded to the next cabinet. In one case, the screw locked up the drawer on the other side. Without reading the installation manual, he "installed" the brand new dishwasher by drilling through the walls of the dishwasher. That ruined the brand new dishwasher. But he denied installing the dishwasher he ruined. He installed ceiling lights without protecting the wire connections with junction boxes. That is a serious code violation. He did a sloppy job. He is dishonest and cannot be trusted.

Ultimately extremely disappointed. We recently hired him to build a fence for the garden, along…read morewith a few other projects. A few days in, we asked if we could do the fourth side, something we had brought up as a possibility during the quoting phase. He came back to us with a quote with both labor and materials much higher than the rest of the fence, saying I was 'making out like a fat rat'. Trusting him, I accepted. My main complaints are: 1. The labor charge ended up being insane. We agreed on the new quote on Wednesday evening. For the Thursday and Friday, he and his assistant charged well over 2900 in labor (1200 demo old fence, 1700 labor new fence, and he had to still build a gate from the initial job and clean up the job site as in the original contract). He left the worksite at 3:30 and 4:30 PM on those days. 2. On top of that, he charged about a 100% markup on materials, which he bought Thursday morning. I didn't realize how bad this was until I walked around the job site and discovered he had overbought materials for the original contract. 3. When I tried to stop working with him, he modified the quote to delete other work he was supposed to do so it would appear I owed him more. That is, the quote said I owed him 1400 for demolishing and removing three things. He only demolished (and didn't remove) the fence. He then changed the quote so that it said I owed him 1300 for demolishing just the fence. If you use Angel, I recommend making sure jobs are quoted seperately, and in detail. I'd also recommend you download any of the quotes he provides you.
