I personally organized and presented the discovery in my case, which was largely disregarded. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that achieving a reasonable outcome was "impossible." Shortly thereafter, Mr. Sullivan withdrew from my case. Here's the part that matters most: new counsel achieved the exact outcome I was seeking in under one week--an outcome Mr. Sullivan insisted could not be done. That contrast speaks for itself. I'll say this carefully but honestly: perhaps Kevin Sullivan was a strong attorney 10-15 years ago, but based on my experience, he appears mentally checked out, disengaged, and unwilling to put in the work required today.
