    We called this company because of their military affiliation, my father and brothers have and are serving. What a disappointment Bravo company turned out to be. None of the men they sent to our house had ever been in the service, and one of them had to be sent home in an UBER for being drunk. When I spoke to Chris, he assured me they would pack and move the entire house, and even supply the wardrobe boxes. The movers showed up without any moving supplies and asked me if I had any boxes. They damaged and broke several items that totaled around 3 thousand dollars, stole some of my husbands cigars and lighters among other things. My husband was out of town and I paid them to get them out of my house that night, now we are fighting with them on their insurance claim form, which Tray told me was self explanatory, but it is not! It says we need to pay the $250.00 dollar deductible, but it doesn't say anything else! They charged us $1,300.00 to move for 8 hours, 3 of those hours they were MIA driving from Dallas to Heath! Hard lesson learned. I will never call a moving company based solely on their claims to be honorable men.

    I used this company twice in 3 months; once for my move, once for my mother's. The 1st experience was great, minus the fact that their truck had a mechanical issue causing them to be 3 hrs late; however they made it up by bringing a 4th guy to expidite the move. The team was friendly and efficient. This is why I called again month's later to have them move my mother. Initially their customer service was as good as previously.... till an issue happened. When my mother's furniture arrived several pieces were scratched up. She has a very expensive, custome-made solid wood bedroom set of which we noticed 2 of the pieces were scrached up pretty noticible. Things happen in a move- I get that! But when it was pointed out tbe Lead of the crew was completely apologetic and offered solutions (discount from the move or return it to whs to fix it), however one of his crew members came up to me and said theres was no way that hallened in the move bc he wrapped those pieces himself, then follwed with "you people are always looking for excuses". I couldn't believe my ears! I asked, "im sorry, what did you say?" He repeated that he wrapped it himself and that tbere was no way it could have happened. I showed him how the scratchers were new. and then he repered again the "you people are always looking for excuses" - My mouth dropped. I said "are you seriousky talking to me like THAT in my own house?" He repeated and i asked him to leave my house, he left to wait in the truck. I reported it to Rudy, the lead, who again apologised.... and i called Chris, the owner, whom i had spoken to about the scratches and sent pictures to, in order to explain why i asked his crew member to leave my house. Chris apologized and exolained that crew member might be having a bad day due to some personal family issues. I understood, and said i just wanted the furniture fixed. They took my mom's 2 pieces and said tgey would return them in no more than 3 days...that was Tuesday. Friday came and no word from the movers so i called. I was told they would work them into their schedule and have them there that day. That didnt hapoen. The next day (Saturday) i was told the same thing.... by 3pm the owner, Chris, said he didnt want to keep telling me a time that they couldnt do so that he would call me Sunday before 10 to tell me what time on Sunday he could deliver. Never got that call, so i called and spoke to Travis. Each time I was the one xalling to find out why they hadnt arrived... one one ocxation i was hung up on, so i called again and was routed to voicemail so i called from my son's iphobe where Travis pixked right up (hmmm..). I spoke/texted w him several times that day as the delivery time kept being pushed back. At 6pm on Sunday he calks to day hes had a "murphy's law type of day" & tells me his truck broke down and there was no way he could deliver. I explained i would need to call in on Monday to work so tgey could deliver so i wanted them to be sure it could be done. As i was talking he talked over me... talking me to call again btwn 9-10am on Monday to get a new delivery time. Guess he was done talking cuz in the middle of my sentenced he hung up. I texted him and said, "really hanging up?" - no response. I now was angry for the 1st time in all this! At 10am Mondat i called, Travis answered. I was VERY SHORT with him. He said he would get me the furniture to my house by noon. I only said "ok". He then smartassy said "you texted me yesterday about hanging up on you so i know you are comfortable with texting. Text me your address" i said "fine". Guess he realized i was being very short so he commented that "we should all be congenial" when the delivery came. At 11ish the delivery came. Nice guy... very helpful. I checked the 1st piece - it was good. I checked the 2nd piece - it was crap! Looked like someone took a furniture marker and went over tge wood. The corner still frayed... very sloppy job. He asked if he should return it to the whs... no way i was gonna let them take it after the week above. As he brought the piece into the room, brown marks from the marker stained my white carpet. I was so done! The man was apologetic and said ge would show the pictures to his bosses. I never heard from them. I'm actually contacting my lawyer to have him deal with this small claims court filling cuz I'm done talking to these men. Im not sure if they felt this was ok bc i'm a female or if this is just tbeir M.O..... When i came to yelp to write this i see all of the negative comments. As onother commenter said, "my mistake for not doing my research" lesson learned. PS- while Chris, the owner, may be military, the people he employs are not. So don't think you're employing veterans for your move- you're not!

    Our neighbors used the Bravo Moving Company when they moved out last month. Their workers got their truck stuck in the alley between our two houses and dug holes in our yard in the alley. Not only are they not going to repair the damage but they were incredibly rude. In case they change their name, here are their phone numbers +1 (214) 435-2358 & 214-560-7919.     I suggest using anyone else. I called them initially because of their veteran affiliation since we are a military family however I've been very disappointed. No communication, I've been told on multiple occasions that someone would call me back to schedule with no call. I had to chase them down. I got confirmation from one person and days later was told "no way we are moving you on that day" by someone else. On our final unload a window in our house was broken by one of the guys. I was told that they would come out and fix it for me however it has been over a week now with several calls (every time I've had to call them) and I believe now they are avoiding me. I can't get anything but voicemail.

    They damaged our refrigerator and have been unresponsive to completing the claim. I would not recommend.

    BEWARE - BAIT-AND-SWITCH PRICING!…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this company deserves one. I chose Firehouse Movers because of their glowing Google reviews, and their initial estimate was very competitive. Unfortunately, the final bill was a complete shock. To begin with, they insisted on a virtual estimate and refused to come out in person and assess the job. This was a 5000 sq ft home full of furniture, and I wanted the most accurate estimate possible. I asked multiple times for an in-person estimate, but my requests were declined. By moving day, I had sold two-bedroom sets and several other large pieces of furniture that were included in the original estimate. Even with significantly fewer items to move, the final price was more than double the original estimate. On the day of the move, I somehow went from needing two trucks, as stated in the estimate, to four. And from 9 to 17 total man hours. At the end of a long day, my husband just wanted them gone, so he reluctantly paid the bill before they could log anymore hours. When I called to discuss the bill, Firehouse claimed I had verbally approved the additional associated costs over the phone, citing a recording, which was completely false. I have asked multiple times for this recording, but I have not received it. That was not a small miscalculation. Our move was grossly underestimated. This whole experience felt misleading and dishonest. Stay away.

Before beginning, they walked the house and asked questions about how we wanted things organized. I was impressed on how much they were each able to move by themselves! They were beasts! Everything was loaded from our old house quickly. There were a few items that didn't fit in the truck but we were able to go back later and retrieve. Christian and Cameron wasted no time upon arrival at our new house. They were communicative and checked in periodically to ensure boxes and furniture were going to the right locations. They quickly unloaded and had our furniture reassembled in no time. We were very impressed by them. They carried themselves professionally and were friendly. They had us unloaded quicker than expected! They were very appreciative of the Gatorade we picked up for them and thanked us several times. After unloading, they walked the house with us to ensure everything was where we wanted it. Can't say enough good things about these two and about Einstein Moving. Price was very reasonable especially considering their efficiency and quality of work. Well-worth the cost. I've already recommended Einstein Moving to others. Would definitely hire again! Christian and Cameron worked hard on a very hot summer day and were well deserving of the generous tip. Thanks for an amazing experience! You have two wonderful employees!

I got detailed email follow-up calls and calls upon arrival, and I also did a video call to go through everything I was moving for the quote. And I like how they split the packing and moving to the truck. The two guys who came back to pack my apartment were great and worked so diligently packing my things. They came prepared with everything they needed, and I just got out of the way, and they did their thing Honestly, the value for the service they provided was worth it.     This was my third time using their service to move a 1B1B apartment. The first two times went fine…read more-- each took about 3 to 3.5 hours, and that's why I trusted them again. But this time? Total disaster. They charged me almost 8 HOURS for the exact same size move. From 9 AM to 4:45 PM -- are you kidding me? They didn't even start moving until around 9:20 or 9:30, and then moved like they were taking a casual stroll in the park. I asked them why this time was so ridiculously slow compared to the last two. Their excuse? "No elevator" at my old place and "your stuff is in small boxes and bags." That is complete nonsense. My new place has an elevator, and I used larger boxes this time to make it easier -- unlike the last move where neither location had elevators. And yet, that move only took 3.5 hours. There is no possible reason this one should take nearly EIGHT HOURS unless you're deliberately dragging your feet. And get this -- I even helped them move! I literally carried stuff myself while they moved slowly and inefficiently. When I brought this up to their supervisor, instead of acknowledging the poor service, he blamed me and said I had "too many things." Give me a break. It's a 1B1B -- and you guys have moved it twice before in half the time! I even attached a photo comparing the invoices from both moves -- one was 3.5 hours, this one nearly 8. Their supervisor had the audacity to say he'd refund me for 1 hour if I didn't leave a bad review -- that tells you everything you need to know. He knew it was shady but just wanted to shut me up. Avoid Leader Movers at all costs. They've clearly gotten lazy and greedy -- working slow just to pad the bill while pretending everything is normal. I'm furious and disappointed. Never again.
