I appreciated the help of Zee and Bailey who were the movers they sent for our move last February. They were cheerful in disposition (not necessarily a requirement), efficient in moving (finished 2 hours under estimated time) and took care of our stuff. They were a pleasure to work with. I also much appreciated the simplicity of the all inclusive flat rate. Note that costs for boxes and other packing materials are excluded, but the others are definitely inclusive. While I do know that moving in itself is a huge cost, it would be nice for us, clients, to prepare needed water and food for our movers. It is a very physical job. Great experience with Einstein Moving. They are a bit more expensive than other companies, but they were accommodating, nice, professional, and easy to use. I originally booked my move for a Friday and then wanted to change it to Saturday, and all their McKinney movers were booked, so I would've had to pay a travel fee for Dallas movers to come to Frisco. But the guy was nice enough to move around another move so that I didn't have to pay, and I could get my move done on Saturday. The movers showed up on-time and moved my things pretty quickly. They also were able to provide me wardrobe boxes (to keep) for a much cheaper price than you can buy them at Home Depot. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I wasn't moving out of Texas. read more

The movers arrived on time, didn't waste any time going to work, shrunk rapped my leather furniture, my glass pieces, i.e., coffee table and dining table were disassembled, protected and reassembled properly. Communications were excellent and they arrived as scheduled. Unfortunately we required a three man crew as opposed to a two-man truck because that was all that was available at the time. It cost a little extra but it was worth it. Had I've been a little more flexible in scheduling we possibly could've saved a few dollars. That said, they did what they were supposed to do and even arrived early which allowed for a timely completion. The entire operation remained within budget and scope. I wish all moving experiences could be this way. I hired them to move just my large items but if I knew it would be this good, I would have hired them to do the full service move. The communication from estimate to moving day was thorough and consistent. They returned emails promptly, they have a texting service if you prefer that, and I talked to a real person whenever I called. They even called the day before to confirm everything. Everything they say in their guarantee was true! I received a clear estimate (which they later adjusted down when I said I needed only the large items moved), there were no extra fees or "surprises" after they arrived (which is what I have experienced with other companies), and they finished within the estimated time. I learned the names of my movers in an email ahead of time, which made me more comfortable because I was home alone that day. They arrived in company uniform shirts and were very friendly. They were accommodating to adding one more item that I had not originally inventoried. They worked fast, efficiently, but also carefully. From my pictures you can see that they not only covered my items but they also covered my doorway and floor to prevent other damage. That was extra effort that really made a difference! They communicated well and respectfully with each other as they made decisions. Throughout the move, they asked me my preferences with location and priorities for items. Everything exceeded my expectations! This was our eighth home in eight years and this was the best moving experience I have ever had. When our house sold and the buyers wanted to close in less than 30 days, I contacted several of the well-known moving companies for quotes. Some took days to respond, two never responded, and one was insanely priced with a whole list of extra charges (taking down TV sets, disconnecting appliances, etc). I enjoyed the light-hearted email they sent to introduce each member of the team prior to our move. Our team was led by Tyler (Tyler K) and Jay (Jheramon G) with help on packing day from Maddie (Madison K), and move day help from Isaac S, Majai C, and Robert D. From start to finish, everyone was courteous professional, and friendly. We especially appreciated how adaptable they were to what we needed. It was like having help from your friends (if your friends are all highly competent movers). I'm sure every move has some hiccups. Ours did (no fault of theirs). On Wednesday, March 8th, Daniel and Joseph came out to help move my bedroom furniture to my living room so the water damaged carpet could be replaced. It was a crazy chaotic day and they not only did an amazing job but they also were so sweet and extremely professional! I live in a small one bedroom apartment. They were like puzzle geniuses. It was raining so nothing could be put outside. And I already had a full living room.
