Honda of Victoria is GREAT! Every time I have a problem they get to it right away. I always get told what the recommendations are for my vehicle mileage and it is all explained in simple language. They are in a newer location with a comfortable waiting area. I never wait too long for my service and if there is a delay it is explained immediately. I purchased my car from Walter and now he is my service representative. Please ignore all of the bad reviews from prior years; those problems do not exist any longer. read more

Called and called and they just keep denying his call or get transferred to a higher up then getting sent to voicemail. Just so you're aware of the situation I am in. The first day of having the car was good, I had a great experience and I got a "new to me" vehicle it was about 6:00-7:00PM. We got home around 9:00Pm because we live 2 hours away. The following day I try to start it and have a little trouble turning the key to the on position. After a minute I was able to turn the key and start the vehicle. I took it to my brothers shop he manages and one of his mechanics looked at it for me and stated that the ignition lock cylinder was bad and needed to be replaced, front and rear struts are leaking so that means that I'm going to have to replace that soon, leak on power steering tie rods inner and outer, the engine air filter needs to be replaced, the brake pads need to be replaced, the front rotors are scratched up and need to be replaced and it's that time for a tune up. I've already got a quote for $4000 just to get all that done. After I got the quote I tried to start it and it gave me a little trouble but my brother was able to start it after a minute. I was going home but I had to stop at cvs. When I went to go back outside my key didn't work at all. I was there for a while until I got picked up. They finally called and said that they would most likely be able to send a tow truck in the morning so they can bring it back to the dealership to look at it. It stayed there from Thursday August 1st - Saturday August 3rd where I had to get it towed and paid $250 cash just so he can tow it back to my house because cvs said they were going to get it impounded if I didn't get it off their property. So you're telling me I get a newish used car from you guys and it craps out on me on the second day and I'm going to still have to pay for all of this? Y'all state y'all care about the people even after they buy a vehicle but I haven't really heard anything from you guys. I've been trying to reach you guys but not many people have been responding and  not returning my calls. I've been having to follow up with the receptionist "which has been super helpful". I also had to miss work last week Wednesday to get the vehicle and then Thursday and Friday because the vehicle was stuck and my wife needed to go to work. Now I'm going to have to miss additional time because of this and get behind on more bills. I just want y'all to make this right, please. I have a mortgage, 2 car payments now, 2 kids and a wife to feed and we need the money. And still today nobody is answering me on what they're going to do. Horrible place to work. Was not paid minimum wage for my sales position. May have to contact an employment attorney. Sales manager was disrespectful to me as his employee. I was new and was expected to know ins and outs of car sales. When I didn't know something Zack the sales manager made certain I knew how stupid I was for not knowing anything. Then not offering training. Other sales reps were immoral and would take the sales I earned. Would low ball customers on their trade ins, to the point I was embarrassed to tell them the number. then would raise the prices of used vehicles to ungodly prices to scrap together any penny they could get. Under the new ownership, Bravo Honda, there is definitely a change in customer service. Previously we experienced personable, efficient and thorough service. Over the past month, I have experienced exactly the opposite. Inconsistent information and slow responses have left me disgruntled and frustrated. Early in the process, I was told, they wanted me to have an excellent experience. If unresolved issues, lack of communication, absolving themselves of any responsibility / accountability is how they define an excellent experience, then I would rather drive 100 miles to a different Honda dealership for my service. I went thanking I was gonna get a car I didn't need a co signer with my car then I come I need all kinds of co signers. I went in July2022 and then in Janairy 2023 and still walked out with nothing and my credit ran through the mud I can leave a picture.. Dont go cus they tell you one thing and here you gettbig your credit ran through every day I get a letter from a credit place.. if they knew they couldn't get me into anything then why run my credit like crazy then ask me for co signers.. not cool and I won't recommend you going to them read more

I made an appointment for 11:00pm for an oil change. It's now 11:50 and they just told me it will take another 30 minutes. Who the hell takes 1 hr and 20 minutes to do an oil change? In Austin Honda, it takes 15 minutes of even that. I barely have enough time to finish my coffee. Furthermore when I called they told me 45 minutes. Only giving it two stars for decent clerks. It's not 1:00 pm. Make that a 2 hour oil change. I could have taught myself how to do one by now. read more

I took my vehicle in for a safety recall service. I was there one hour and ten minutes which I expected, but what I didn't expect was the customer service this business does not provide. As I sat in the main throughway between cashier and sales behind the service desk, not once did anyone ask if I needed anything or offer water, coffee, etc. . I only saw the same 4-5 employees walk by about 10-15 times. I love my Honda Pilot which I bought used from Toyota of Victoria, but this Honda dealership needs to take customer service lessons from Toyota of Victoria. read more

When I first bought my Honda Pilot, they promised me $9.95 oil changes for life. Now that they have moved into their fancy new building they have informed me that they will no longer honor that. That makes me sad because I have had a wonderful working relationship with their service department - who always does a great job. Victory Honda is a scam factory!!! Stay away!!!! When I needed two tires for my Honda Odyssey, they wanted $900 for the tires. I drove to Rosenburg and got the same tires for $700 and they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Later, I had a friend working at Victory and wanted to help him, even though I really didn't want to deal with his dealership. I asked for the same price on an Accord LX advertised in the Corpus paper, the sales manager says there is no way they are selling it for that price. I go home and bring the ad back and give it to my friend. He gives it to the manager and he wants to know why I'm bringing it in...are you kidding me, he called me a liar, I want to show him that I have integrity and am telling the truth. I finally get the price and then they charge $165 Prep fee. Google it, it's a scam...Honda pays the dealerships to get the cars ready for delivery. Then, they add a $150 Document fee...that's about a hundred dollars high. $150 for a computer to print out a bunch of paperwork. What a crappy location. I posted negative reviews about this place before and then read that people are still buying there and complaining about getting screwed. STAY AWAY! read more
