Best pork chops I've ever had! Thick 1" chops baked for 5 minutes and then fire grilled for 5 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check when it is done. If I could give a 6 I would! Haven't eaten here in a while and it's really gone downhill. Used to get Pasta Bravo all the time. It's now made with chicken --tough chicken-- and a goopy sauce. Nothing like it was, pasta with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and pine nuts. Won't be going back. read more

Decided to try Bravo, it was beautiful inside, our waiter got our order wrong, not once but three times. Then as he was busy gossiping with his friends, told me it wasn't his fault when they got my order wrong. Sent his Manager over who was argumentative about it the eggplant parmesan that was dry and black inside. I'm sick to my stomach 5 hours later, and worried I have food poisoning. The other dish was chicken Marsala that was dry, and placed on top of undercooked green beans. The only thing that was edible was the dessert, and he forgot mine so I had to re-order it. Things have sure changed since I was at Bravo last. The menu has been skinnied down and the prices seem to have gone up. First, it was very odd to see the hostess wearing converse sneakers and jeans. While this isn't an upscale restaurant, I don't remember it being so casual for the staff. We were seated pretty quickly with a reservation. Waitress came with bread and oil fairly quickly. Bread was hard and not warm. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. I ordered the chicken scallopini and a della casa salad. Salad was good and perfectly dressed. Chicken wasn't what I expected at all. There were two thin pieces of chicken with a slice of portabella mushroom, tomatoes and a caper sauce. The side was a pesto type angel hair pasta. While the food wasn't bad, it wasn't great. For $17.99, I expected way more food. On the bright side, the chicken wasn't overdone. I am disappointed that things have changed so much. I'll stick to the smaller restaurants for Italian going forward. read more

Last night was my first time here! I was going to go to Olive Garden across the street but thought I would try something different. The menu was an indication of uncertainty with prices that very very high and salad was an extra charge (25.00 chicken parm should include salad). The bread and oil was bland, the serving on dinner was a huge portion but the noodles were oddly cooked and not much flavor. All in all this was not a very good deal for the money and I honestly should have gone to Olive Garden. I hate writing bad reviews but I feel honesty is the best policy. read more

Just passing through on our way home. Thought we would try Bravo/Brio in Miamisburg. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Our server Melissa was with us very quickly offering beverage choices and any questions on the menu. Dining room was slightly busy. As I looked around the room salt & pepper shakers were half full, not just our set on every table. There was debris on the floor around tables 'that were clean'! Our drinks arrived, we ordered our entrees, very hot bread arrived and timing on main entree excellent. The food was prepared nicely and was delicious. The Chef in the kitchen had no hat or hairnet and [a full head of hair] Our server Melissa did a basic server job. I Gave them another chance. We had not been back in a long time after they reopened After covid shut down it was not great.. But it'd been all around 8 months so we thought we'd give him another try but I'm another try. It was even worse. They've cut the menu in half they charge dinner prices for lunch time . The portions are much smaller but the it's much smaller but the food is so disappointing you don't want more of it. We've been coming for so many years that we've gotten to know the management and the staff . But now it's all new people And as with most things with covid it's not been an improvement . I didn't notice my favorite entry on the menu so I asked about it the server who I've never seen before claims she's worked there for 15 years and it's never been on the menu. I'm pretty sure both those things are false. Anyway my mom and I both got the pasta woozy I asked for mine without chicken. She She rudely informed me that it would be cheaper to get the pasta Alfredo that would be the same thing but a cheaper price . She snapped in a rude tone that I could get what I wanted either way. I informed her that what I want they no longer serve . And I showed her the menu of the place she supposedly worked for 15 years and showed her that the price was the same for both dishes. So I questioned her where's the savings. Anyway when we did get our food it was definitely not the pasta woozy that we'd been getting there for years . I don't know if they've changed the recipe or they just absolutely don't know how to cook it. The sauce was just running and flavorless. My mom is not somebody that usually is picky or speaks up for anything but she said several comments of it. She said it was hard to eat. The chicken Parmesan had dry pasta underneath, and the lasagna looked like a white noodle stuffed with cheese, both a ruined meal. Went in looking for a light dinner, sidled up to the bar and found a happy hour menu, even though it was Sunday. "Don't get too sold on that," one of the bartenders said. "It's only Monday through Friday," though he did say the listed wines were "still $5" as the menu showed. Fine. I ordered the $5 Pinot Grigio and the chicken meatballs over polenta with pesto sauce. The bartender brought some bread with seasoned olive oil for dipping. The polenta was good but the meatballs were quite salty and I could only finish one. But that was OK; they were generous and one was actually enough. Then came the bill. Although I usually review the bill before handing over my credit card, this time I did not and it came back to bite me. Well, honestly, more a little nibble on my bum than an honest-to-goodness bite: I had been charged $7.50 for my $5 wine. I know how much harder it is to adjust a bill after it's been paid and I didn't feel like being that difficult, so I simply left without saying anything. I won't say I'll stay away because of my experience but I'll definitely stay away from the chicken meatballs, and I'll be sure to look at my bill before paying it next time. read more

Not happy with our latest Happy Hour visit. It was raining and the restaurant has a bad smell. We booked through Open Table arrived on time and they reported us as a No Show. They were slow to check us in for lack of staff. We sat at the bar and tried a few happy hour drinks. We had the shrimp appetizer and I wouldn't try the calamari it came out cold and battered differently than what I am custom too. Not my favorite location. read more

I have been to other Bravo locations with great experiences, so was excited to try the one by my daughter. Dined in once is was good. Decided to get carry out this time. Not impressed! I know cost are rising so I was ok to pay what we did, but the two bowls of lobster bisque were not even a normal cup size. The calamari maybe had 12 pieces, which were all small and VERY chewy. I gave it 2 stars thinking dining in might still be ok, bit for $50 for what we got, definitely not worth it. I look forward to going back to my normal location and hopefully back to the standards I am use to Bravo having. read more

so sad how far this place has fallen ...the menu is tiny .. they don't even have the pasta we like anymore. all new staff .. the food was inedible had to send back and just decided to get a salad since the dish we always got had been ruined. all the regular staff we'd seen for years is gone ..even new management. I suspect this will be on the long list of places that will not survive this horrible year. it used to be our favorite place to go and take people from out of town. We decided to go to my favorite restaurant to celebrate! Unfortunately we had a terrible experience that lasted 2.5 hours and would rather not return to this location. We ordered a bottle of wine and bread which took one hour to receive. My wine glass was dirty so the server brought me a new one in which I had to ask for another glass to make up for mine. The server had way too many tables then ended up having a large party in a separate room. We ordered and our food was brought out like we were at a fast food restaurant. Plates collected without any of them ever removed or asked how our items were. The salads were very minimal for how they usually appear and taste. We both ordered lasagna which was great, but needed more sauce as it was just noodles and cheese. As a couple nearby left they were telling us how their experience and food was not great either. For being a more upscale Italian restaurant they should take pride in assisting their staff when busy and caring about their customers. The server brought our check and used a discount on my rewards. She brought the credit card slip which said one amount then told us it will show a different amount after it goes to our bank. We checked our online banking and she was incorrect. We waited to ask our server and gave up then went to the host stand to speak with a manager. The host asked two different managers for assistance and we waited for fifteen minutes for one to come talk with us. The male manager did not have a name tag and became very defensive and rude. He finally said he would tear up the receipts and walked away during our conversation. This was the most rude action a restaurant manager as ever done! Due to this terrible experience with service and management we will not return to this location.
