He came the next day and picked up the two items I had plus a few old totes and didn't charge me with for those extra items. He was professional, and took no time in removing my items. One thing that I really liked about him was the way he spoke to the guy that was working with him. We had an old kitchen torn out and the ceilings scraped. Not fun work at all. His helper seemed a little new at demo work but Brandon was training him by example and with positive encouragement. This says a lot about someone's character and this is the type of person that I would definitely call again.

He obviously had no intention of completing a moving job, but showed up to put on a show of a business owner taking responsibility. He said someone on his moving team had a family emergency. But the verbiage used the day of the move, leads me to believe there was no emergency, but instead he doesn't know how to run a business and wasn't prepared. When being questioned on the issues at hand, he was very condescending and rude. If you hire him, good luck actually getting him to do the job. To be sure, hire a backup moving company to actually do the job.
