We ordered the 3-taco combo with asada, al pastor, and carnitas. Every meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Each taco had its own unique taste, and they were all delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted with an impressive cheese pull, and the corn added a nice sweetness and texture that paired really well with the flavorful al pastor. I did take one picture of someone's carnitas tacos, but that's it. Haha! We got our tacos from their food tent, then went into the private room for our sides. Great setup for a private party. The Mexican Street Corn was delicious too! It was corn with an orange-ish crema in a squeeze bottle with Cotija cheese and ground up hot cheetos on the side to sprinkle on. Very interesting, and very good! The taco meat portions were generous. I just wished there were two tortillas for each taco, instead of one. It made it a little harder to pick up and eat.
