Awesome service! There was a slight drizzle on the day of our delivery, so he even waited around to see if he could set up the bounce house in case there might be actual rain. Bounce house was in good condition and clean. Budget bouncers came and staked down the bounce house in the grass and plugged it in and made sure it was fully inflated before they left. Great service! They did a last minute rental for me, which I appreciated. A story to show you how nice they are to work with: On the phone I said I wanted "16 chairs," but they heard "60 chairs." I found this place just by chance and I'm so happy I did! I wanted something different for my sons 13th bday. So we ended up renting a dunk tank and the whole process was super smooth. Joseph, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. Even know my sons party didn't start until 3pm and I was expecting the tank an hour before the party started, it ended up arriving much earlier which was really nice because my kids enjoyed playing and using the dunk tank among themselves before our guest arrived. I have rented from this company on two separate occasions. One time we got a dunk tank for my son's 13th birthday party. The dunk tank was the hit of the party and the delivery, set-up and take-down was seamless. Then, just last week I rented a jump house for my daughter's 9th birthday party. The owner had given me his cell number when I rented the dunk tank. This saved me because I texted him the night before the party asking if he had any bounce houses available and could deliver the next morning. He did and I had a happy 9 year old!
