One example I could give would be one neighborhood that we looked at which was near a baseball field, he was able to explain hello lights and noise with impact us with in that vicinity, and another example I could give would be that we wanted of neighborhood near a school that was really high quality and he was able to guide us to a neighborhood with on the best elementary schools around. We ended up buying a townhouse, which is also an investment property for us that way we could fix it up a little bit and later rent it out or sell it, because we were within a closer proximity to the local University. Now that I sold my home myself, over a year later, they want over $5000 to pay back for the listing photography. I've been harassed by them. It cost me $350 to repair my yard from their sign. The big sign was poorly installed and kept blowing over. After many weeks they finally come out and just dig new holes for the sign and leaving old ones.
